They owe me money!

I placed an order in December of 2024. I received all of my items except for one item. I agreed to wait on them to send it and i never received it and no one answered me (by email or phone) as to when I can get a refund or store credit.

I feel like I've been scammed!!

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago. the only email that I received was to thank me for my order. They collected the payment but I haven't heard anything else. And when I try to go to the website, it's no longer there.

I placed my order over a month ago!

I placed my order over a month ago and it still has not been processed or shipped. I've called for 2 weeks and never hot anyone on the phone, I've emailed them about a week after I placed the order because I wanted to add 1 items to my order since it hadn't been processed yet someone did respond to the initial email after almost a week and asked what item did I want to add and then I never heard anything else no response to any other email. I don't know what the issue is on why it takes for ever to ship out orders or even the customer service aspect of it answering the phone or responding to emails timely seems to be a huge struggle for this company. Maybe that is why they offer 25% off their products to entice people to order from them, for what its worth I've gotten 50% off of products from other companies and the items were shipped within 3 days of the order being placed so this is just unacceptable on so many levels.

SCAM ALERT!!!

SCAM ALERT!!!
I placed my order May 22,2025 and the status still is at unfulfilled. I have called and emailed and only got a response once saying your order will be shipped shortly. That was almost 2 weeks ago. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE. I've left voice messages with my call back / contact info so they know how to reach me if there were to be a problem with my orders. I have gave them (verbally and a picture) my order numbers and yet nothing as of today. BUYER BEWARE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order in April, they charged my account , but the order has yet to be received. They admit in an email that it was lost in shipping and will re send the item which still hasn't arrived! I don't how people expect to develop growing businesses when they cant meet a consumers basic orders.
