The ring was as described and the colors of the actual item were accurate to the images of the listing. They emailed me consistently through the process for updates and to verify it looked correct before sending it. Shipping time was great, I didn't pay extra for shipping and received it less than a week from when it shipped. Very friendly communication, high detail and quality jewelry, reasonable shipping times, and beautiful packaging and presentation.

Very very professional business. Me and my fiancee wanted something different for an engagement ring. Not your 'typical' engagement ring that you would see in 8/10 hands. So, we found Lahela and we instantly fell in love with one of their designs. We thought it was the 'dream ring'.. but when it actually got here, it exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail is top notch, the sparkle, the symmetry.... aw man! It is just an absolute beauty to look at. Very pleased with our purchase, and when the ring needed to get here fast for a proposal, Lahela made sure to go above and beyond and they handcrafted and shipped the ring very quickly. 10/10 would recommend :)

Lahela was great to work with. When shopping for a ring, they answered all my questions swiftly and professionally. When I went to make customizations to the ring, their communication was clear, and they took the time to ensure everything was as I wanted. They were there every step of the way, giving quality updates with progress pictures. I received the product as ordered with no issues, and I love it so much.

In the beginning, I was a bit skeptical about authenticity and quality. I had never heard of Lahela before, so I got the ring appraised. The results were as hoped! The piece is authentic and valued at what I paid for it. The gems were of good cut, and the center stone was rated as "eye clean" while the smaller ones were rated at "slightly included."

All in all, you are in good hands with Lahela. It's everything I could've hoped to get at a great price!

Honestly was very nervous about spending money on a ring online as there is alot scams but I will say every time I had a question it was answered within 24 hrs if not sooner, shipping didn't take long, the mounts and ring is gorgeous only thing I would change would be the thickness of the bands but overall I'll be purchasing more in the future
