haven't recieved my order

i have placed order on june 10th but still until now i haven't received my order i have emailed them several times about my order they said one of the items i order is not available in stock (how do they sell products out of stock!!) then after several days emailed them again and they said my package was lost!! and they placed a new order but still since a week the order is in the same status as confirmed nothing else i am really thinking that they have scammed me!!!!! i am really disappointed with kylie cosmetics be aware of purchasing.

If I could give 0 stars..
I ordered 2 lipsticks from Kylie cosmetics, one from which my best friend has, the color is totally different from what it was before. After contacting customer services, I was informed that it looks different from my device’s color display.. which is not true.. both lipsticks do not look anything like the advertised products at all!!.. On top of that, the lipstick doesn’t even last, I have products a quarter of the price of Kylie’s lipstick which last way much longer!!
Definitely not worth the price nor worth buying!

Terrible ordered 2 lip kits and a free lip case holder, I only received the free case holder and no lip kits, packing was terrible too just came with the box no protection nothing, contacted them too and no response what so ever, never buying again and I cannot even get a refund

Ordered a makeup bundle that included a…

Ordered a makeup bundle that included a free bag. Free bag not included. They said I needed to click a button. Then there was deception on the description of the undertones of the makeup. When I received it, the makeup did not blend with my Black skin tone. I can not return the items. That is ridiculous and not a good business practice

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

Have been waiting on my order since 19th May all i have been getting is messed about by this company when my order will be delivered, My first order couldn’t be delivered due to missing documents then a replacement was sent all it got was as far as Southampton ( I’m in NI) then strangely instructed to be sent back to sender which they received back on the 2nd June, i have emailed this company several times regarding my order and all emails so far have been ignored. If your looking any of Kylie’s products i would recommend purchasing from elsewhere.

They have Shipping and customer service…

They have Shipping and customer service problem... I ordered few new items but they sent me opened one and I feel shocked! So I wanted to return it but never responded to my email. Poor customer service ever and the shipping problem is very bad! Please don’t believe star that sells what we want.

I got the Kylie lip kit and it goes on…

I got the Kylie lip kit and it goes on smooth, stays put, and doesn't dry my lips out like every other matte lipstick I’ve tried. The shade is exactly as shown on the website, which is rare. The delivery was quick and it was well packed. Honestly, all I really wanted.

I wish to not order anymore from this website!I made order for 3 items after 9days waiting I did recive just one.When I did send email after few days where is rest if my order they send email when u did order your cosmetics was already out of stock we will send u money back omg so unprofessional!!!never again and new perfum cosmic 2.o smell 10min only...

Love the candy K matte lip kit

Love the candy K matte lip kit. Not happy about their 100% guaranteed colour match in their powder plush foundation and the skin tint blurring elixir. I've tried 2 different shades in these products and the shade isn't even close. I have to mix them with a different foundation just to get a better match. I contacted kylie cosmetics a few times and am highly disappointed with their response. They aren't helpful at all even after knowing about my circumstances. All they told me was to go to a kylie counter to find My colour match. It's a joke.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Received my order for lip pumping lipstick. Shades not at all as depicted on site. Sent email asking to exchange. They say their policy is no returns. Every reputable company allows returns and/or exchanges. Not them.

Poor customer care

I can’t say about the actual product because I never received it but zero stars ( if they were an option) for customer service and delivery.
After trying it out at a store, I decided to order some kylie lipsticks from their official UK website.
They use a delivery partner called UPS who no matter what wouldn’t deliver the package. The first time that I made the order they posted an update saying delivery failed because no one was at home to receive the delivery. Like most people I have a full time job and cannot stay at home to receive deliveries in person. Their website also doesn’t have an option where I can assign a safe space for delivery ( such as porch or front door ) I tried contacting them numerous times, left my phone number on their website but they never got back to me. When I re-ordered the products, the customer service executive stated that they have no control over the delivery and that I have to reach out to UPS again. This time I actually was home on the supposed delivery date given on their website and yet no one arrived or contacted me at the supposed time of delivery and they just returned the package to the sender. Later I get an email asking me to pay the shipment charge of 6.99£ . It is outrageous that they are asking me to pay a fee when they haven’t provided me with the product I paid for. And all I get in return to my complaint emails are perky, sickeningly happy ‘ we don’t give a sh*t ‘ emails from the customer care team.

Hello my package went to the wrong…

Hello my package went to the wrong house and FedEx was no help. I called Kyle’s cosmetics and you can’t even get a person. You have to leave a message and I’m waiting for them to call me back. That’s terrible customer service. I can’t believe that this wealthy company can’t even hire people that can answer the phone and help you.

an easy 5 ⭐️

I placed what I would call a small order ($87/cyber Mon sale) for my 17yo daughter for Christmas. Well FedEx delivered it to a vacant home, a mile from me, & by the time I found the place, the package had been stolen. My fedex claim was quickly dismissed to ‘contact the seller.’ So, I emailed Kylie cosmetics in sheer desperation, hoping there was something they could/would do & they did that & more! The correspondence between us was personal, friendly, & timely. I happily agreed to my full order being re-shipped @ the standard shipping rate & ultimately they didn’t even charge me that. You’d think a celebrity’s business wouldn’t care so much about the ‘little’ things but you’d be wrong! My package just arrived & to say that I am beyond appreciative for them righting a wrong that wasn’t remotely theirs is an understatement. Thank you to the entire team for going above & beyond!! I’ll def be back. ♥️

One star is way to much !!!

One star is way to much !!!
I bought the mascara and I'm still trying to find mascara in it...
I did complain and to be fair they replied but sending it back is postage and sending photos etc...
Basically I wanted them to be aware that it's a complete rip off....
