I've never actually seen the beds but I've sent out many of them to animal shelters over the last couple years. Kuranda notifies me when the ship & they're received at the shelter. Once I made a mistake on an order & Kuranda fixed my mistake right away. I'll keep ordering.

Super sturdy and easy to put together. My dog took to it right away and now prefers it over the couch. Great quality -- worth the price!

We have 3 Labs and 6 beds -- all 3 Labs like to get on their beds either in their kennels or around the family room. Purchased aluminum versions so the youngest did not try to chew. Have covers which work great.
I recommend the beds to others.

Christian told me that the "oatmeal" type of fabric for the dog bed is easier to clean than the type I chose on a previous order. I appreciate that because it can perhaps make the helpers jobs a little easier which is really on my heart!

I spoke with Sandi today regarding a change to my order. Phone call was quick and friendly with a very easy resolution to my request. I've bought four beds dating back to 2009 and this is hands-down the best pet company. I wish these nice folks nothing but the best and will continue to support them any chance I get.

Well one person not happy that is my little rotty. He has destroyed 3 beds already. I picked this bed directly from the suppliers house who was very helpful and offered loads of advice. Does exactly as stated very strong and chew proof frame for obvious reasons. The tarp is so strong my rotty can’t get through it. May seem expensive but in long run gonna save me a small fortune in dog beds.

Great beds and great costumer service. I highly recommend buying their dog beds if you pup is a chewer and has the tendency of destroying beds.

It is my dog's favorite place to stay, and all his toys are around the cot or on it. It is the perfect height, perfect width and it was delivered in a pretty speedy amount of time!

I ordered this bed a while ago for a now 18 month old pup with a bad leg. For the longest time he would not use it and then... all of a sudden... it is the IT piece of furniture. I learned about these beds from a shelter where I volunteered. Kai is off the ground outside and sprawls out comfortable. Don't have to worry about him getting stiff from being on the ground.

Customer service was top notch. I had a minor issue with an item in my order and they sent out a replacement item within two days. You don't see that kind of customer service anymore, I was very pleased with my experience.

I made mistake while ordering a bed for dachshunds puppy and ordered a bed with standard legs. Realizing that the bed will be to high for the dachshund's cherished back I emailed asking for the solution. My problem was resolved quickly and efficiently!

First, I had trouble assembling the bed. I contacted Kuranda and they sent me a fully assembled bed within a couple of days. Plus, my dogs love the bed.
