Solid experience all around.

Shipping was fast considering it was international. The fact they asked for a picture of the existing light to make sure I got the right replacement was just perfect.

Fail at all levels

Fail at all levels. Poo communication - I had to email and call often to get a reply. You do not stock any replacement parts for a hood that you sold. Will not be using K-star in the future...

sent me the wrong item i had to call u…

sent me the wrong item i had to call u guys about it then the guy there wanted me to return it back and said he sends label tru email so i told him send label with my correct item. the following week i recieve what i order along with the label to return the wrong item. i gave that package with your supply label to UPS driver. afterwards i get text from u guys with delivery pictures of wrong item and emails asking about. and as i said i gave that package to a UPS driver.
you guys stop harrassing me i did my part already.
