Data clone went smoothly
My laptop screen was crushed and we got it quoted, but ended up just purchasing a new laptop. Anthony was patient and completed a clone from the old computer to the new one and it works great. In addition, when he couldn’t find my computer charger when I came to pick up my stuff, he offered to replace it right away with next day delivery. Very nice guy.
One thing I would say is it would be great to have a little more information on the website about how the process of dropping stuff off works, as I was a little confused due to the unique office arrangements at the KOP location.
