Didn’t receive a full wrap or replacement

loved my koala wrap, or the parts I received should I say, the material was great for my small newborn but I did only receive 1 part, when I messaged them to rectify they told me to buy it again and they'd refund 10%, meaning I'd of spent £85 total to get the same thing I should've received first time, but other than that, the wrap was lovely and I imagine very supportive with all the correct pieces, shame really,
Edit: since this review they’ve rectified the issue promptly and have send me a wrap directly from Italy, it turns out I’d ordered from a company on Amazon called BWSUPPLIES which wasn’t selling genuine wraps
