I purchased an iPhone 13 from Walmart which was supplied by Klymen. It came with a cable that would not attach to the IPhone. In addition, It did not have a charger. I called Klymen to discuss the situation and received a person with a very strong accent that I could not hardly understand. He said I must buy these at Walmart. In addition he was rude.

A fair and Simple Experience
I found the experience to be exactly as they described. It was transparent and clear from the beginning, easy to complete, and quick. My only concern that keeps this from being 5 stars is that I wish they would include a shipping box of some sort as a part of the package. I was frustrated by having to buy my own secure shipping option at UPS, cutting into my return for the device.
