Also, even though I paid for expedited shipping, the item arrived days after the delivery window—I was expecting the item to ship out from the warehouse earlier in order for it to arrive on time.

I ordered a mug on Dec 4th and paid $15 extra for express shipping which said 3-7 business days... it has been 11 business days and all I have is a notification that Purolator made a label... I am not sure if this is an issue with the company or with Purolator but I am very disappointed. this was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

The print quality is terrible—it’s faded, uneven, and looks like clip art from the '90s. I genuinely believe I could’ve done a better job with free software and my own two hands.
