I have been using Kitbrix now for over 8 years, especially my hero bags and still have my very first one and still use now. This just shows what excellent high quality their products are.

I would never change in using their bags even if someone offered me to try a different brand.

I use their towels too, they don't fade and don't lose shape when washing them. They dry very quickly and so light.

They are super quick on delivery and their customer service is top notch.

This is a great piece of kit and it certainly turns some heads when I walk into the office.
The features are great - and it's spacious too.
It could be further improved by some internal lining to make it feel "less plastic" and by the addition of small, external pocket.
Also, the orange colour is MUCH brighter than it looks on the photos when you order - my kids named my bag the "bin man bag" as the orange is the same colour as the safety jackets our local waste collectors wear...

Light product , long practical handles. The zips are quite sticky and the one outside at the side gets easily stuck and caught with the inside bag lining. Good rubber base and spacious room

They delivered a bag as a birthday present with no problem with a different address to the billing address.

These bags are outstanding quality and made to a very high standard. My only criticism would be that I would also like a larger version for larger amounts of kit. These are good for small amounts of kit but larger amounts need a much bigger bag

Team did a great job communicating with me about my choice and dispatched the items promptly. Unfortunately the packing was inadequate, box split and the courier left my parcel out in the rain at the bottom of my drive rather than bringing up to the house.
