I’m a golfer and Kinexit makes sure my workouts are relevant for me and my golf. The screening and tests also helps in identifying my areas of improvement. Kinexit is a great tool for pushing me to do workouts also during golf season, and not just during off-season. By having options of both how long and what type of workout to do it fits both for workouts and warmups.

Kinexit is an amazing software. Our team loves the data tracking capabilities showing students their fitness improvements. We also utilize the video library and team function of Kinexit a lot. Students really enjoy the ease of use and the great workout it provides. Kinexit's customer service is also exceptional. They're always available answering any questions or concerns we run into. They even trained us in person their philosophy and ran our team through their extensive certification process. We have greatly enjoyed the partnership with Kinexit and highly recommend them to any instructor/Academy looking to incorporate fitness for their students.

Kinexit is a fantastic way for me to get exercises tailored to me and my body. I do the 10 minute screening every 6 weeks to refresh my program and make sure areas of my body in need of improvement are worked on. I workout at home in the evenings as well as using it for warm-up before each round of golf
