We had a really negative experience getting a quote 1755843 from Gregory Wells at Kin Insurance. We had gone through the process of getting a quote, approving it, providing documentation, getting more documentation just to ultimately hear them say "nevermind, we don't want to approve this policy". Total bait and switch and waste of time.

It's been a good experience having Kin for homeowner's insurance. They're very easy to work with which is important during Hurricane season and any other time you might have home or policy issues.

Avoid this company. They give false information and in short lie to you. I contacted them to make changes to my policy and was told that such a change would result in a pro-rated refund of approx 2 months of that coverage being removed from my policy. After 2 weeks, I contacted them about the refund and was told there is no refund coming. If you make changes to your auto policy, your bill is adjusted or a refund is issued. Whats the deal here. Bogus all around
