The scooter came in damaged

The scooter came in damaged. I filled out the online claim formand waited 48 hrs for a response. I got nothing. After 47 calls and 45 voice messages, I finally got a response. After customer service answers because it doesn't matter what option you pick you always get the customer service people who can't answer any questions. Can't tell you anything about warranties. Can't tell you anything about the claims. Right now I have an open claim that requires a whole front end for my scooter. Instead of just swapping the bike. They want to order the parts and have it fixed. Currently, I'm waiting for confirmation of the tow and repair cost reimbursement. In total, it has been going on for over a month it's like pulling teeth just to get a call back from anyone. I have called a total of 89 times. They have answered 6 times with no solutions. Saying they will have someone call me back. 1 call back so far.

SENT ME A DAMAGED BIKE

This company does not care about there customers if you order something hopefully it comes correct if it does not like mine it will be a hassle getting a new one I ordered a new bike and I’m assuming it went through inspection but it had a hole a burnt mark and scratches I asked to get a new bike the told me I should’ve took the bike if it was like that when they delivered I wasn’t home and I called to confirm before hand if I needed to be home upon delivery they told me no because they don’t require a signature and I didn’t have to make an appointment for delivery. They forced me to take what I didn’t want but before that I ask for a refund and told them to get the bike back or could they deliver a new one that was a hassle as well end of story I still stuck with a damaged bike when I purchased a new one and a replacement piece that I will have to pay someone to put on because I’m not a bike mechanic hopefully yours come in how it’s supposed to if you still choose to order not to mention everyone I spoke with agreed with me until they got the owner I guess on the phone NEVER AGAIN BEWARE

The scooter only ran 26 miles before the back tire came off the bead while riding. Was not expecting that! Having trouble even finding a tire. Customer support sent a couple generic videos as a response to my complaint.

The carburetor was no good.... haven't received the title yet and it has been 2 weeks... and haven't received any emails from them about when they are going to be mailing the title out

They refused to send me the title for a…

They refused to send me the paperwork needed to get the title for a 50cc scooter I bought. I filled out the MCO, then they asked me to take a picture of the vin# (this was already provided on MCO), then they asked me to verify the address (which they already have), then when I call them they just resend the MCO form for me to fill out again and hang up on me while I'm talking to them, and when I call back it goes straight to voicemail. It has been more than two months of this back and forth. I will never buy anything from them again and warn others to go to a different place if you need to register your vehicle (or don't want to deal with people wasting your time). At this point I'm considering legal action because what am I suppose to do with a scooter I can't use on the street leagally? Even trying to sell it is a pain without the title. Update: I did finally receive the paperwork after two months of back and forth. Funny thing is, I was ready to give them five stars if not for the paperwork debacle.

Everything went smoothly

Everything went smoothly. I placed my order, sent payment and in a couple of days it was in Transit. I paid the extra to have it put together and broke in. The only thing that could be improved on is sending an owners manual or anything with instructions. But with being to be able to find everything on line these days I suppose that's why, regardless it was a hassle free experience and the scooter is amazing 😍🤩 The wife loves it. And it was on time for her Birthday, thank you.

ALL WAS VERY SATISFACTORY TO ME AND I AM THINKING THAT WITH 6100 GOOD MILES(REPLACED A BATTERY IN PHOENIX at 116 degrees ) I MAY BE READY TO GET A NEW ONE FROM THEM
