Avoid KidsonWheels – No Product, No Response for Over 2 Months


ordered a scooter from KidsonWheels over two months ago and have yet to receive the product. Despite multiple emails and attempts to contact them, I received no response whatsoever.

To make matters worse, the shipping company (GLS) confirmed that no item was ever handed over to them under the provided tracking number (P72824393). This strongly suggests that the product was never even shipped.

This company has completely failed to deliver on their end — no product, no customer service, and no refund. I am now pursuing a chargeback and filing complaints with consumer protection agencies.

Buy at your own risk — I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My son’s birthday has already passed

My son’s birthday has already passed, and he didn’t receive his gift. This service has been completely unreliable from the misleading delivery information to the lack of communication. They’ve turned a blind eye to all my inquiries on Instagram and via email, and I’m very disappointed.

Ordered a quad for my daughter’s…

Ordered a quad for my daughter’s birthday which was May 27, placed the order April 26th with expected shipping May 2nd - 7th …. It’s June 2nd and still haven’t received anything except a tracking number which dosent bring up anything when I enter it , call them no answer , msg them they say it’s on the way , terrible don’t order anything from these idiots!!

My and my partner ordered a beautiful chair and table set. The order came in quite late and I was beginning to get worried. But it eventually came through, they seem to have a logistical problem
The furniture was exactly what we needed, so five stars I guess

After almost $4000 and 2 months of…

After almost $4000 and 2 months of emails and phone calls I still haven’t received the 2 dirt bikes they said would be shipped twice now. Now they have stopped all contact with me, hard to request a refund when they just ghost you. Real great customer service kids on wheelz. Sure wish I had of read all the reviews on this crappy company before I ordered. Guess it’s time to sick the law on these creeps. Karma will find them in a dark alley some night.

Scam site

Scam site. I ordered my product and coming closer to a year later, still no refund or product. Called, emailed, messaged on social media. Nothing. Do not give them your money.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Waiting on a dirtbike since the end of October, countless excuses, still no package and it’s February. No response to phone, email or chat. I’m currently escalating this though PayPal for a refund, will never order from this company again.

I'm not happy

I placed an order January 6 and was supposed to ship January 10 and arrive no later than January 15. February now I have been trying to contact them by phone and email since January 15. No response. I will be contacting my credit card company soon about a refund if I don't hear from them.

It's been 11 days and I still have not received my order or a tracking number. Called, left voicemail, texted as per message when leaving a voicemail, sent numerous emails. I received one email 5 days later stating I would receive tracking number on Monday... It's now Wednesday and no response. Not a good company to deal with.
