Defective toys; irresponsible shipping

As others have stated, items take a month or longer to show up. In the meantime, you'll recieve an auto-generated email that states that this practice isn't typical and you'll recieve a coupon for 15% off of your next purchase. When the items finally arrived, they were already defective and unusable, but the packaging was fine - and indication that the toys are made with a very low quality and highly massed produced as fast as possible. I sent an email explaining the issues, along with both photographic and video evidence, and recieved an email with instructions on how to use the broken toy. To be clear, the toy was a car and needs zero instruction - it just needs to be functional. It is now two days after the items arrived and the toy is multiple pieces, as the springs broke within the first hour of use, or what little use we could get out of a broken toy.

Use caution when shopping with this disingenuous company, or better yet, do not shop with them at all.

I'm so aggravated with this company

I'm so aggravated with this company. First of all they say they are from the USA but nope the items are shipped from China. I ordered three items May the 1st and here it is May the 31st and still no items. I contact them and all they say is it's still moving now tell me how it's moving when it's been sitting in NY for a least 2 weeks. Then they say here is 20 percent off your next item oh and another one was here is 15 percent off. Now why in the world would I order something else when I can't even get what I ordered May the 1st I told them I wanted my items or a refund and all of a sudden no more response. Well they have my money and my items are in NY sitting there collecting dust. Sorry company and I will be sure to tell all my friends never order from this company!
