Great Company to deal with

I started leaving a review but it vanished…so here we go again.
K&F Concept are absolutely unbelievable when it comes to customer service.

I recently purchased a gimbal from them via Amazon. The product arrived quickly and was well packaged.
The gimbal cost less than £80.00 was strong and sturdy and operated smoothly. You can pay many times this amount for a ‘professional’ one but honestly this is a great piece of kit at a great price.
I had a slight problem with the ‘quick release plate’ slowly working loose but K&F assured me that no matter what they would resolve the issue. I’ve never known a company to give such reassurance and back up, I found this to be very refreshing and encouraging. They actually thanked me for bringing the issue to their attention so that they could pass the information on to their technical team to see how they could possibly make improvements.
Their communication with me throughout has been exemplary, not once did I feel ‘forgotten’
I can’t recommend this company enough, they’re a very professional business and I for one will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to everyone.

5 stars for customer service and recognising and rectifying customer issues in a timely manner, I bought a Backpack almost two years ago via Amazon and the zips failed, I contacted them and they have sent a full replacement with apologies.

Fantastic customer service. One of the caps had a ding, was refunded immediately. The customer service agent was probably AI - but doesn't matter, it was perfect. Ordered item arrived within one week from HKG.

bought a couple UV filters on Amazon - seemingly the one i received was a return, package had been opened and the filter had a little mark that wouldn't polish off with a cloth, reached out to support and got a new one a couple days later no charge. very happy with this service.
