My dive got rescheduled and I kept getting email reminders for the old time. Doesn't seem like this service is connected very well to the actual dive shop.
Ok, I'll give you 2 stars. Your entire process is confusing and not well thought out. Even the dive shop i dove with agreed that your system is flawed.

To anyone else reading this, here's the deal: Key West Scuba Diving is NOT American Airlines selling tickets to hundreds of thousands of passengers weekly; we're a local business putting a handful of people on a single boat daily. There might be the odd occasion you get an update by telephone, but the person making the call who's BUSY handling check-ins (and more) forgets to check a box.
Does a simple oversight like this deserve a 1-star review?

Easy to book, very accommodating (asked to change date due to weather), gave us wetsuits at no cost bc water was cool. Easy check in, nice boat launch, nice staff, good dive guide ... had a great time.
