The instructors who visited my child…

The instructors adam and alison who visited my child school ,rude very unprofessional, every child processes things differently instead of the instructor trying to resolve the issue and approach it differently just with draw the child out of the whole group over something so ridiculous , the first level my child passed and when questioned by parent /myself over the with drawl on the second level was smirking, raising his eye brows just appalling wish I never signed my child up for the course.

Was refused access to the computers

I recently visited Dartford Ashen Drive Library based on the online information stating that it closes at 5 pm on Thursdays. However, when I arrived at 3:50 pm, I was informed that the library actually closes at 4 pm on Thursdays and that the computers were already shut down by 3:45 pm. This was incredibly disappointing as I planned my visit around the posted hours and expected access to library services.

Despite a few computers still showing the login screen, I was told I couldn’t use any services and had to leave. It’s frustrating to see the library’s advertised hours mislead members/users, especially when there’s an earlier cutoff for computer access.

@KentCountyCouncil Please consider updating the online information to reflect the actual closing time and any early shutdown policies for equipment so members/users don’t experience the same inconvenience.

Sittingbourne Gas Rd dump ( recycling…

I am posting this here due to the clear avoidance by the KCC by only having this avenue to review there services, or lack of in many cases.

Sittingbourne Gas Rd dump ( recycling centre) The staff are so rude to the point of abuse, a 6'5" thug shouted in to my face so loudly I ended up with a face full of saliva, he actually chested me with his camera and if I hadn't leaned back would have been headbutted, I must point out at this point that I'm a 72 year old partially disabled pensioner, all I apparently did wrong was ask him for help with a very heavy smart toilet bowl, he said he would help, then when I was ready for said help he sarcastically said "oh sorry mate, it looks like it's full" it wasn't full at all, he was just so idle he had decided to not bother helping me, I had ticked the box online for aged/disabled, DON'T USE THIS DUMP, go to the much better run Sheerness centre, they help you without even being asked more often than not. KCC DO SUMTHING ABOUT THESE DANGEROUS THUGS YOU EMPLOY. Please note I did send a detailed complaint to KCC online, weeks later I'm still waiting for a reply.

Diabolical!!

Diabolical!!
Tried to get thru to speak to a human whilst trying to make sense of their ultra-vague +confusing bus pass application. They tell you "more proof is needed for your disability" then stymie you by stopping you from finding out what they need. Then a robot talks v silently then hangs up on you without giving you any help.
Disability discrimination perhaps?

Bus pass farce

The application procedure for a bus pass has been designed to be difficult no doubt to reduce the number of passes issued. Even if correctly submitted they will raise an enquiry. Pathetic.

Pepper hill dump staff are so rude

Pepper hill dump staff are so rude. They shout at you. Horrified. And why you still have to book to go there I don’t know. This discriminates people, old people who don’t use the internet or have smart phones!!! In all an unpleasant experience.

What has happened to this country? !!! No more fairness !!!

Being in both high enhanced group in DWP/PIP that means I can get a car, 100% free road tax, As well as ESA help from council social services being disabled and other help under PIP/ESA. First time ever I been denied the Blue Badge due to failure of the DWP it would been straight forward to get the Blue Badge and the other route would be to provide documents you need to get of the NHS what is not possible what is just an excuse of the KCC knowing and the goalpost has been moved. Under those circumstances I cannot get a Blue Badge at all now.
I cannot walk only few steps being 24/7 hours in severe pains and cannot hold my balance. I am on severe pain medications and others like heart and more. I told them I cannot use a phone but they still need to talk to me via phone. I do not even have a phone and I am under self-isolation since Covid-19 started. Have no heating and living of foodbanks now and they want to tell me I need those documents I cannot get hold of by the law. The system of the DWP & KCC Blue Badge are rigged and flawed! You can have autism and walk you will given a Blue Badge now. A person like me what is severe chronic ill and severe disabled cannot get a Blue Badge anymore.
Why is the KCC not getting in touch with the NHS.
I am even registered with my fulltime carer with the KCC.
It is under investigation just to tell me I need to get those documents what by law I cannot. Need to wait for reconsideration by the DWP what then will end up in court what will take around a year or longer. Has the PM wrote those rules more like Therese Coffey PM.
It has changed in 2019 and it says you will need 10 points &8 points in moving around only in England and N. Ireland.
Before you did not needed your PIP scores but now you do what I think is wrong because the DWP swindles those points every time and than you can not get your Blue Badge at all. Weeks ago I have asked for explanation and how to get your medical records of the NHS what you cannot by law. IT IS ON PURPOSLY RIGGED.
How funny it is after the High Court over turned the DWP ruling about the 12points (mental health) in the same time the Blue Badge scoring system has changed too. It is totally flawed like the DWP does it.
I cannot understand when you have autism when you can walk you can get a blue Badge and I can do limited steps in severe pains and other problems and I cannot get it this time even being worse off now.
WE HAVE A ROTTEN CULTURE RUNNING THIS COUNTRY AND IT STINKS!!!
