Quick order processing and shipping

My order was processed quickly and I received the item in very short order. The packaging was perfect. The item was so protected, I originally thought they had sent me a much larger item. It ended up that it was perfectly packaged. Can't wait to use it.

I have either bought or sold equipment…

I have either bought or sold equipment from KEH.com numerous time and even returned a lens that I thought I needed but I was wrong. Also, all of my experiences regarding communication with this company have been 5 stars; whether it was online, by phone or in person. It's always been smooth like my favorite bourbon.
I've been a photographer since 1971(yes, 54 years and still working) and would highly recommend KEH not only for their service and gear, but their knowledge as well. They are my 1st company to check out when I need photo gear or to sell. AND NO I'm not being paid by them. Cheers!

I've purchased several camera items…

I've purchased several camera items from KEH over the last 18 months or so. Camera body (An immaculate very little used Canon DS1 mkiii), lenses, Speedlight flash, and one or two things. All have been in excellent condition and delivered with care. I've never had to try out the customer service to report an issue because I haven't had any. I paid the prices I was prepared to pay and compared with other outlets.

Meh, not really impressed

The shipping experience was not great, I was afraid the lens was going to be lost due to the delays and strange routing decisions that were made, and then when it finally arrived I was a little disappointed with the condition of it. The lens was listed as Excellent condition but it is fairly cosmetically beat up, didn't have it's original lens cap, the rubber aperture ring-grip is not adhered well to the aperture ring and slides around, and the lens was honestly just dirty and grimy. At the very least, the glass still looks okay, so fingers crossed that is the case
