Foster care set up.

My husband and I are in the process of opening our home for foster care. At the age of 65 it has been a while since I purchased baby supplies. We needed a crib set up for our home study so I needed sheets quickly. I ordered the ones from kea because they were a cute neutral pattern and a great price. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived 2 days later and the fabric is extremely soft. I absolutely love them and our crib is ready for our first placement! I will be ordering from you again as we go along in our foster care journey. Thanks.

Great Customer Service

there was an address error and what I ordered was not what I intended. They took care of everything with a simple e mail to their support. The toddler pillow I ordered was received with all the glee a toddler can muster!

Great customer service

KeaBabies bibs are my favorite among the many brands I've tried, so I eagerly placed an international order. Unfortunately, another product was mistakenly sent to me. After contacting their customer service, I was connected with a great representative (Chinkee), who was helpful and understanding. Although I was not able to receive the product that I really wanted, their customer service gave me the confidence to buy their product again if given the chance.

Product Replacement

The original product I received had a small defect so I reached out to the company. They were extremely responsive and got a new bag sent to me in the same week. Clearly they stand behind their product and care about the customer experience!

We had a faulty bib with the metal…

We had a faulty bib with the metal clasp wherein the clasp fell off on its own and baby almost ate it. (Just be mindful) I bought the bibs off Amazon, and trying to return or replace it thru there would have me go to the Keababies website. I eventually filed a request in the website l. It took a while to hear from them but once they replied their help desk was quick in replying and providing a replacement. Their help team is 5stars out of 5.
They gave a replacement with the non clasp bibs and they seem to be good quality. We are just more wary now of any clasps in general.

I never got my package and this company is unwilling to help in anyway. It is very upsetting. Not a company I will ever order from again.

Replacement sent fast!

Had a little hiccup with my initial order but was corrected with a replacement sent out less than 24 hours of me letting them know. Amazing and quick customer service.

Soft, cuddly adorable towel! LOVE!

Great purchase - it was well-priced, arrived right away and is great quality. (and great for some very cute photos!) Would definitely purchase here again for my family or as gifts.

Product was fine but the box had been…

Product was fine but the box had been opened (possibly a return) and not resealed properly. Very disappointing as this was a gift for a baby shower that was had a 'gift display' instead of wrapped gifts. It looked horrible.
