This is a great brand. I had issues with getting knee sleeves in the right size and I reached out to their customer support who helped me quickly and took care of everything I addressed. I cant wait to get my order and continue using Katamu!

I bought the dark knight 13mm and it was sold out I was going ask for a refund but they gave me a option to wait and threw in some wraps to make it right and upgraded to the 13mm awesome customer service I would recommend to anyone wanting this belt

Honestly, speaking about the quality of the items I purchased, they were very good. However, I had an issue with the shipping, and they also didn’t have the design I had ordered. They notified me about this much later, but I managed to get in touch with them, and they offered good customer service. They made up for the issues with their time, patience, and a free gift. It would be helpful if they notified customers when an item is out of stock on their online store before the purchase is made. In conclusion, I waited more than twice as long as expected, but the quality is still good I guess the wait was worth it.

Quick and responsive especially when your products maybe a little late to arrival or if you need to update the product that you do want because they are getting SO MANY ORDERS. There was something missing in my pack and they were able to change the lifting kit to one that I actaully wanted. Will be giving an update of my experience once my package comes in and I am able to use it. I am very appreciative of the entire Katamu team.

I bought their 13mm divine wings belt in black, and although they did forget to ship the lever with it, the way they handled it was amazing, great customer service, the quality is insane and I will definitely be purchasing more from Katamu.
