Kam Parts shipping policy.
We ordered 20 plastic bushings for Life Fitness equipment. The weight was approximately 2lbs. They shipped from CA and we live in Maryland.
They charged us over $90 to ship!!!! I went to the site again just test the shipping policy. I “ordered” 4 pulleys weighing almost 5 lbs to the same zip code and shipping was $23 and change. When I emailed about this error they said Shopify does all that for us, when we pack and ship it we’ll credit back any difference.
I just received shipping confirmation and the $90 UPS charge was billed. Needless to say we won’t be ordering from them again and believe people should know about this shipping scam. I did find the parts at another reputable distributor.

I was happily able to find & receive…
I was happily able to find & receive wheels for my 1980's(?) FasTrak. The screws sent in the "kit" (could not just get the wheels separately), were about 1/2" too long. I was able to use the original screws & nuts as they were not worn out. The new nuts did not work with the old screws. So now I have eight nuts & screws that were not needed, & I'm sure part of the price. But the wheels are fine.

Full Boot Support Pedals
I ordered two pairs of Full Boot Support Pedals with Adjustable Straps from Kamparts and was very impressed with the company and the pedals. Ordering was easy, the service was top notch, the pedals are great and the price was excellent. We put them on our recumbent tricycles and they provide a large support base for our feet and the heel straps give us all the support we need.
