This company cheats people and sell fake cheap Chinese copies of the good advertised on their website. They will never refund anything but try and stall. I have reported them to the Danish Police and urge more to do so the Police can close them down

Worst experience . Don’t believe the photos you see on their website. Customer service is terrible. Forget about returning the item because you would have to pay for it to be returned to China. Then you run the risk of them claiming not to have received it. Worst experience ever. I am going to throw the rubbish they sent straight into the trash where it belongs.

I brought a dog vest for my border terrier. Kadenoshop in the Netherlands supplied the wrong size. They wanted me to return my purchase to China along with paying customs,for an exchange to be made possible. . Their suggestion of purchasing another dog vest at a discounted rate was unacceptable.The cost of returning the vest ,with customs,was almost as much as the cost of the item. My loss ,their gain!

STOP STOP STOP - NEVER again. This is the worse buy I have ever made on the internet. I ordered a LARGE Toy Truck with small cars inside. I received a very small truck and with the wrong cars inside.
I am not going to get my money back. I can get a 60% discount on my next buy. There will NEVER be a next buy. I thought it was a Dutch company but, I think everything are send from CHINA - and it is in a VERY BAD QUALITY. I am so ANGRY. The price of the truck was 499 DKK and a Christmas gift for my Grand child

Don't buy from here unless you know you are buying crappy stuff. The product they sell are not from the brand or quality they publish in their webpage. You'll not be able to refund it or change it. It is basically a scam.

Bought a pair of HOKA shoes.
Delivery time stated in the website is 4 days, I received a pair of Chinese NOKA after 3 weeks.
Now we are asking the label to return the goods and I will also proceed legally.

they are selling a bag for 4 times as much and you can get the EXACT same bag on SHEIN. The website even stole the shein pictures, it's nothing but a scam to get you to pay 4 times as much for a product
