Upon reviewing the image you provided, we noticed that the item’s color is consistent with what was shown on our website. However, please note that colors may appear differently depending on individual screen settings and lighting conditions, which may account for the perceived variation.

Regarding the material concern, if you believe the fabric differs from the description, we kindly ask you to send us a photo of the garment’s fabric label (usually sewn inside the item) so we can verify this.

As for the shipping fee, please kindly note that the original shipping charge of 13.66 USD was collected by the courier for the delivery service provided,it is non-refundable.

We would like to emphasize that our return policy is clearly stated on our website at the time of purchase, outlining that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This policy is in place to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties involved.

We’d also like to mention that a return label was issued to you on February 1, 2025, but we have not received the returned item yet. If you still wish to proceed with the return and refund, please return the item using the label provided and send us the tracking number and shipping carrier name.
