I don't know why this company can get 4.3 star. It should be -4.3 star. I can't attach the pictures. If you can just look at the pictures, you would know exactly what happened. I bought that sofa because of the color (on their website). But they shipped me a totally different color. It is SO SOOOO BRIGHT RED instead of a dark red. And it costs me the total of almost $2,700 + 3 months of waiting + 1 month of Frustration so far for just that sofa. All they tell me is the lighting could cause the difference in color..... I'm just so mad right now. Received it almost a month ago, and they're still arguing that it was not their fault to send me that sofa.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! PLEAS LISTEN TAKE YOUR HARD EARN DOLLARS SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE! I ORDERED THIS FURNITURE IN MARCH AND IT FINALLY ARRIVED 8/1/2022. WASNT ASSEMBLED UNTIL 8/8/2022 AFTER I PAID FOR THIS "WHITE GLOVE SERVICE" WHICH MY 7 YR OLD COULDVE DONE BECAUSE NONE OF THE SECTIONAL IS ATTACHED! NOT TO MENTION EACH PART IS TORN AND RIPPED! THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND MONTHS SPENT FOR TRASH! I'VE DELT WITH THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE (REP HUFFING AND PUFFING WHILE IM TALKING) AS THOUGH SHE PAID ME. ITS ALWAYS SOMEONE IS GOING TO CALL ME BACK BUT NEVER ANY SOLUTION! IM PISSED!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK EVERY DIME AND THEY CAN COME GET THIS DOLLAR TREE ASS SECTIONAL! I RATHER SIT ON THE FLOOR! If I can encourage anyone to avoid this company, I will have saved you from a headache and costly mistake. We are going on 1 year of waiting for our completed couch.
Twice the final section arrived broken and destroyed. Because it is custom we had to reorder and wait months.
Third time - section was picked up Sept 7 to arrive in Denver on the 9th. You would think that Jubilee would pay attention and care. They did not which has been the case for the entire past year. Only when I called to ask about when it would be delivered did the logistics company make phone calls to Estes Freight.
It is missing. No one bothered to let us know until today, October 1. Did Jubilee call to let us know? NO
I have spent hours upon hours trying to get a completed couch this past YEAR!.
I cannot stress enough DO NOT BUY FROM JUBILEE.
Many times we called and asked to speak to managers to be told random hours like 237 pm we needed to call back. (they thought it was funny I suppose?) We were told there were no managers. We were sent to random people with different names but you could tell it was the same person.
They took no responsibility for their mistakes. We lived for 6 months with the wrong pillows also. They were supposed to be grey and instead we lived with pink pillows (which are the back cushions for the couch so you can't just do without them) for 6 months because that fix wasn't urgent either. I've now been on the phone with the logistics company because Jubilee won't respond. Another day of wasted hours because of this company and we still do not have a full couch.
No phone call from Jubilee.
