Love Jotform i use it since I've went paperless at my tattoo studio so much more convenient the only downside is you can't talk to a live rep when you need help

This is the first time I have needed to make a form. The interface is very user-friendly. I have also found Jotform's Youtube tutorials to be very helpful in learning some more advanced features. I appreciate the amount of download and submission space that even the free version allows. I would highly recommend Jotform.

I have been using Jotform for a few weeks now, and I'm really liking it. It was very easy to make my order form and add/edit various products and pricing. The only thing I do not like is the overall submission limit on the account.I don't mind the monthly submission limit

I needed to create a form and I searched on the internet for the best place to create a form, Jotform always popped up in the search results. I thought I give it a try. It is amazingly easy to use!! Mind you, I have ZERO experience with creating forms, it took me literally 3 minutes to create one. You have tons of options, drop down lists, addresses, dates, etc. Everything I needed in a form was available. You can even change and modify the size of the fields.

What I like most about it, is that you always get a copy of the submitted forms in your emails as pdfs. So easy to handle and trace.

One thing to consider, make sure that the starter account suits your needs. It is only 10 signed documents per month; however it is 100 documents (without signature) per month.

All is all, it is great value especially being free. Totally recommended.

The platform is excellent, and the builder tool for creating forms is straightforward to use and navigate. They also offer many widgets and integrations (automations), which are very helpful.

Jotform was so great when we first signed up. But they said things that were untrue and turns out after months of set up it doesn't do what it said it would do. Customer service is pretty much non-existent anymore there is no humans to speak to about our issue. All these great companies think they can just run on AI now. They will soon see people like us leaving in Droves.

While Jotform is incredibly powerful and beneficial, it's worth noting for prospective users (especially those on free or starter plans) that the monthly submission limits can be quite quickly reached for active forms. This means you need to be mindful of your usage to avoid forms becoming temporarily unavailable. However, Jotform does offer ways to gain some free extra submissions by completing tasks, which is a helpful bonus.

Overall Impression

Despite the submission limit, Jotform remains an invaluable tool for our equestrian team. It streamlines our administrative burdens, helps us present a professional front, and now, with its smart AI features, it makes the initial form setup even quicker. If you're looking for a robust, user-friendly, and efficient form builder for any kind of data collection, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Jotform a try.

I created a form for my party to get attendance records. All of a sudden, myself and potential customers can't log in nor buy tickets. Only for me to check my form and it keeps saying my IP address is banned. I can't access neither can my customers buy tickets. Jotform, you are very lucky I'm not a citizen of your country, I literally would have sued you till you become bankrupt for making me lose so much money for me event.

And I still got the most outright stupid response. You said I should click on contact us. How can I click on what is showing anywhere???

Non recoverable data loss occurred multiple times, support was indifferent. Causes so far were:
- cached data was deleted when app was used in offline mode
- collected contact information was random replaced with dollar signs ($)

List of bugs just from 5 minutes of use:
- Can't log in on the app, because the captcha doesn't load (ipad).
- email verification code is not sent out
- Form preview is completely different than on the actual device
- collected data viewer sometimes omits data entries

Conclusion
-> Don't pay money for this. Also don't use it for free because the banner is very ugly.
-> For critical data avoid at ALL COST

EDIT: Even if support is willing to help, which wasn’t the case with us—your dev team still lacks the required competence

We love the platform, as a small business it can help in so many ways to capture data whether for internal or external use. We have the need to choose where our data resides and the only option to do that is to go enterprise. The reason you don’t show the pricing on the website without having to setup a video meeting is so your sales people can justify the ridiculous and disgusting fee you charge for a very simple feature. You will respond with “oh but we setup a dedicated server environment specific to your business”, sorry that’s not a justifiable reason. I nearly fell off my chair when the rep told me how much it was for the first year alone! I was too scared to ask what subsequent years’ fees would be. $11,500 AUD for the first year alone is unbelievable! Why can’t that be an add on for the other plans? Don’t just reply “because they’re for personal use”, that’s irrelevant.
