I highly recommend Jones Road beauty products. They are high-quality and easy to use. I would make sure to give yourself time to order and re-order but it usually takes 3 to 5 business days. The customer service is amazing and they are very attentive to make sure your needs are met.

I not only LOVE the Pink Champagne LE shade Miracle Balm, but I got the best Co Serv Rep that Jones’s Road has! She got my sense of humor & also got just how serious I was about the product itself. As a very pale woman, I don’t want a disco ball effect on my body which is how i use the clear based balms. EVERYWHERE! Pink Champagne has just the right amount of gold in it to look sun kissed in the sun. I love it so much
I suggest it be made full size and permanent. There’s dozens of bronzer and blush options but few that can be used head to toe. This can. It’s Au Naturel with a little bit of sass, and completely wonderful. Thank you Lizzette for being awesome! I hope the team at JR listens to us pale ladies not needing another highlighter that is brown and rubs off on clothing. I love everything Bobbi makes & have for decades. I know she knows this product is perfect. It’s why it was put as a limited edition. It made the cut. We love it. Hope you all are listening. We need PINK CHAMPAGNE large for use head to toe. Not another bronzer with silver shimmer. Let go gold! Thank you so much.

The support I recieved from Jennifer about an issue with my address when trying to place a new order was excellent. I love the Jones Road products and was very disappointed when an apparent blip in the system wouldn't accept my address- despite 3 successful orders previously. I got a response in less than 2 days providing detailed advice . Thank you for great customer service.

I ordered the What The Foundation but found the recommended colour was not quite right. To be honest I found the texture too sticky for me and it felt like I couldn’t touch anything as it would transfer off, like onto clothes etc. I agree with some other comments that it’s a bit like wearing Vaseline. I started a return, only to find out that I couldn’t as I live in Australia and they don’t take returns from here. This is not stated on their website as I checked before I ordered, having been stung in the past on other sites for returns. I contacted customer services who responded very quickly and processed a refund immediately, without me
having to send it back. I was really impressed and the interaction with Lizette helped negate some of the disappointment from the product not being for me.

I had colour match issues & the response was swift to arrange the replacement. Fantastic service, whilst because of my location (New Zealand), delivery can be 2-3 weeks, the responses are overnight & really great solutions. I’m waiting for my replacement shade now & the products are amazing!

Let’s see…. First of all I liked the simple and direct commercial. Completed the skin tone questions with some skepticism, but the product matched my skin tone perfectly. Pricing is reasonable and my customer service experience was excellent. Will recommend to others. Make a purchase - you won’t regret it.

Incredibly helpful! I love that I could send in a selfie to see if I’d answered the questionnaire correctly. (Haha, I did not, as it turns out!). So getting that extra care and attention gives me confidence. Plus, I’m not terribly good at applying my own makeup and it’s only gotten worse as I’ve gotten older. So I really appreciate the no fuss sensible approach to looking natural especially at my advanced age. I mean, if I’m honest, the only one looking at me is me, right? (and perhaps the other gals in in my Pilates class, in order to compare themselves and see how they’re aging) But I must say, it’s quite nice to catch my reflection in the mirror from time to time and to be on friendlier terms with what’s reflected back. Thank you for making me look fresh and naturally mature.

I have really felt taken care of during my whole process! I initially ordered the wrong shade and I was able to easily make a return/exchange! I also sent in a selfie so that I could see which shade I needed and they got back to me in a very timely manner. I feel very confident in which shade(s) to go for in any and all of my future purchases.

I ordered 4 of the mini miracle balms to try, so that I had a base, a high lighter and a couple blushes.
Firstly, none of them look as pigmented as they do online. When I tried to apply the ‘base’ balm in tawny all over my face it was literally like applying lip balm to my skin… I had to keep re-dipping to get a bit more and it wasn’t an easy process (like applying a moisturising cream is). I could not see a colour difference to my skin at all, just a sheen.
Secondly, when applying the blush (which was again- hardly visible) and the high lighter it literally felt like I was layering more sticky lip balm on my face. When I let my (short bob) hair down, as I predicted would happen, it started sticking to my cheeks. I can imagine by the end of the day that hair would feel greasy.

The products didn’t seem to sink into my skin, especially the areas where I had built it up like my cheek bone.

I went to see if I could return or exchange (as promised on the website to be very easy if you’re not happy) but of course, the products that I had bought were NOT eligible for either. Now I’m stuck with £90 worth of lip balms.

I’ve warned my friends not to waste money on it. I quite liked the minty tingle of the tube of lip gloss I bought.

Due to extreme heat and a packaging issue, one of my items arrived damaged. A replacement was quickly sent.
I was hesitant to try the foundation, because I was just using moisturizer- but my skin looks great, and it doesn’t feel like a mask. I am very happy with everything I ordered.

Although I do not usually complain, I felt when I received a survey that I needed to voice concerns about the product that I had just tossed in a drawer, never to use again. I was pleasantly concerned with the immediate response and the helpful attention to my issue. I have no doubt that they care and want clients to come back.
