Absolutely terrible experience.

Absolutely terrible experience.

I’ve emailed the support team multiple times informing them that my order was delivered to the wrong address — yet I’ve received zero response.

My company even submitted the claim letter they specifically asked for, but after that, total silence. I’ve followed up repeatedly and have heard nothing back.

This has been frustrating and completely unprofessional.
I’ve lost money because of their poor handling, and the lack of accountability is shocking.

I would never order from here again — and I’ll make sure others don’t either.
