I’ve had an outstanding experience with Pomegranate! The entire team is incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and consistently go above and beyond. Sick consults and prescriptions are handled quickly—often within hours—which has been a lifesaver more than once.
What truly makes them stand out is the full-spectrum support they offer. From urgent sick consultations to nutrition and wellness to weight loss guidance, they provide a holistic approach that feels both personal and effective.
Everyone I’ve interacted with—from the nurse to the intake specialist to the physicians—has been absolutely top-notch. Professional, compassionate, and incredibly supportive at every step. I genuinely feel like I have an entire care team looking out for me. Highly, highly recommend!

Will charge you 2 “Monthly fees” for one service
I was having a great time with pomegranate until today. Today they decided to charge me a “monthly” subscription fee every time I refill, which makes NO sense. What am I paying for then lol? Think about it. Charged April 14 for the month of April. Refill on the 27th and charged AGAIN $69. So then what was the charge on April 14th for? It literally makes no sense. I tried to explain it to them via email and message but they insist they every refill is a new charge. That means it is Not a monthly subscription program… I am just disgusted.

I give pomegranate a 1 star if I could…
I give pomegranate a 1 star if I could I would give zero. I have had 5 people sign up with them which I have never received the discount for referring them. Then they started 3 of them at such a low dose when they had proof there were already on medication. They get people to get a 6 months supply or 3 months by telling them they will not be able to fill it and when there told the low dose isn’t working they say they can increase the units but they will run out faster. They are very good at scamming people. I work health care so I know they should be asking the patients for medical records to see all the medications there taking on top of there bloodwork this way they can prescribe a higher dose with less units but then they wouldn’t be able to trick there patients and get them to spend more money. I also get vitamin injections from them which is the worst. They never show up on time once got lost. I even got a call from the pharmacy trying to get me to pay on top of paying pomegranate. Don’t sign up with these people even look at TikTok you’ll see how many people use to rep them have left because they couldn’t take the lying.

Do your research!
I signed up and paid the membership fee, but was unable to book an appointment. I immediately started digging into this business more and found lots of reviews stating that people paid for their memberships and medications, but never received any medication. I immediately emailed the company to request a refund, however the email was ignored. I reached out to customer service on the website 24 hours after signing up to request a refund once again and cancel my membership based on services not rendered. I was denied a refund and cancelation.
I wish I had done more research before signing up. I will now have to dispute the charge with my bank and cancel my card so they cannot charge me again.
I would be happy to remove this review upon success refund and cancelation of my membership.

Do not Join
Do not Join! This is a scam the they advertise that you pay a monthly fee and the cost of the glp refill. But they actually charge you the 69 everytime you request a refill. Some months you will request a refill twice a month the and the change you the 69 “monthly fee” again! They has happened to me more than once. I switched providers today. I should have did this months ago when they first did this.

Unethical Business
The employees simply do not listen! I have gotten into it with them multiple times due to them not listening! A complaint will be filed with BBB. The prices are great for the shots, but the lack of listening skills is a serious issue. Due to this, I will no longer be a customer. They try to force you to increase dosages and charge your card without permission. I’ve told them I would let them know when I want my card charged but do you think they followed instructions? Nope! I don’t understand how most of their employees are degreed and licensed smh I will never understand.
I will also be contacting the Philippine Board of Nursing.
Update: The director reached out to me via email to try and resolve this issue. The director stated they would contact billing to see about giving me a refund for the $69. The director requested that I take this review down before giving me a refund. I told the director to not contact me again, and that we will battle this out through the bank and BBB. This business is full of unethical people that are degreed, licensed, and working in the medical field! I told the director that I will not be removing this review, because people need to know the truth. I am sick of businesses trying to cover up the bad. Nothing is perfect. This business is flawed like any other business. Shame on this business! I will be spreading the word like wildfire, as I would want someone to do the same to help me or others out. Good luck if you do decide to try Pomegranate.

Pomegranate Health is the best!
I am so lucky to have found Pomegranate Health! I’d seen some not so favorable reviews/comments but I really liked what services they offered in addition to weight loss and decided to try them. I’ve had the best experience! I will say that the steps to getting started were a little unclear and I had to ask several questions via customer service but they were really responsive and since that initial set up, it’s been smooth sailing. I’ve been with them for six months now.
I’m really impressed with the level of service and the speed in which medication is prescribed and received, as well as the other services that they offer. My care coordinator, Paulene, is amazing to work with! She’s responsive and always so helpful in explaining something if I have a question.
Pomegranate works with some of the most popular/largest/trustworthy compounding pharmacies that they also vet themselves. All of them are 503a or 503b.
I also recently met with one of their nutritionists and in all my years working with several RDs and nutritionists, Jane was by far the most insightful and helpful in recommendations in a 30 minute call than others I’ve worked with for long periods of time.
Kudos to Pomegranate and a massive thank you to Paulene and Jane for being so incredibly awesome!

Unprofessional
I have used Pomegranate now for a couple of months and have had several problems with employees calling me an hour or hour and a half after the scheduled appointment time. I actually have never received a call at my scheduled time. I have spoken with other members of staff who are helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the nurse who I work with every month uses casual language, does not keep appointment times, lacks knowledge of medications, and is overall unprofessional.

Pomegranate was recommended by a friend that has great success with the company. They are fast and reliable, keeping you up to date on important information relating to healthcare pertaining to you. When you email, a member of the care team responds promptly, anytime of the day. The only thing they could improve on is calling you at the set appointment time. I have had three appointments and had to reach out each time to ask them to call me, 30-75 minutes after my confirmed appointment time.
