Still has not shipped… ordered 3 weeks ago and still has not shipped according to shop app. Customer service email is not responding. When order was placed it said ships within 7 days. Very disappointed, hope I didn’t get scammed…

Spent $500 on their home gym and still have not received the product 6 weeks later. It has not shipped, and they will not respond to a refund request. I’ve initiated a dispute. Stay away from them.

I never received the products. Ordered 2 months ago. Was given multiple reasons, for a delay. The response time for emails, is lacking. No updates provided naturally, I had to request communication, at all levels. Totally dissatisfied! The product seems like a great idea, but actual company practices , seems it needs an overhaul. Respectfully

Be carefull!!! Once you are a customer you can‘t stop the abo!! i cancelled my abo three monts ago and they are still charging!! 🤬

They keep changing the estimated shipping time with the option of paying more to expedite the order. The website says 3-8 days to ship and I'm on week three. They've sent no updates I have to check their website and they just keep changing the estimate shipping date without telling me. I found the same equipment on Target under a slightly different name and had I ordered from them I would have had the gym by now. I'm incredibly disappointed. Most companies don't operate like this. There is no communication other than one email they sent me right after I ordered it. I paid in full. I'm glad I didn't set up payments and this might be more difficult to resolve.

I’ve been using the Fit! App for some time, and I recently purchased the Fit! Home Gym. After about a month of use, I can confidently say that the Fit! Home Gym has replaced my previous parallel bars and pull-up bar solution. It’s surprisingly stable and the compact size and portability is excellent. I can easily assemble or dissemble the unit in less than 5 minutes.

I would love if the storage bag could also accommodate the base, and I’ve found that the crossbar can be slightly inconvenient when performing more advanced leg lift exercises, but overall, I would still easily recommend this to anyone looking for a well-rounded home training system. Great purchase!

Ok, tbh I don’t typically leave reviews but I had to for the Fit! Home Gym! I’m not a huge muscle dude or exercise cover model. I’m a pretty skinny guy in my mid-30s who has decided to finally get Fit! Even though my diet is great and my activity level is moderate, my blood pressure and cholesterol need some physical help. I’m 5’8” and weigh 155, not much, so I want to strengthen my back and arms to get toned and strong. I came across the Fit! gym on IG and thought it would be perfect for me since it has the height I wanted to be able to do pull ups and possibly hang from rings. Well, I was right! It’s perfect! I live in a small condo so I don’t have huge ceiling space or a ton of floor room to keep things out. Well, it’s no problem with this setup. The metal poles easily come apart and the base slides away right under my bed! I just stick the metal pieces in my closet until it’s time for the next days workout. You might be wondering about quality of exercise? I’m going to keep it 100, this workout is tough! Is that because I’m a bit weak and just starting out? Maybe.. but the amount and range of movement possible on this is incredible. For such a compact setup it does allow me to do everything I wanted. The metal isn’t too rough against my skin, I might get gloves or tape but I suspect my hands will toughen up as I continue. The Fit! App is also amazing, there are so many custom workouts for me to choose from and I love the ability to work with different types of focused exercises. I’m so excited to keep increasing my strength and I know I purchased the right home gym to succeed with! Thanks Fit! Team for your amazing communication and for giving me the confidence to earn the body I’ve always wanted!

I purchased the product online but noticed the estimated delivery date was regularly changing without notice or consent. I initially requested to cancel my order when I became anxious that my product would not arrive in the foreseeable future. I honestly thought I was scammed.

However, Amanda and Sharon from customer care handled my concerns calmly and professionally. In response, the company apologized and promised to deliver in about a week, keeping its promise. They could have run out of patience due to my frightened tone, but I was pleasantly surprised at their commitment to the business.

Upon receiving the product, I was eager to try it out. I was very excited to find that the overall quality exceeded my expectations. The home gym is not only sturdy, but also customizable and portable, making it perfect for my needs. It doesn't wobble even during basic calisthenics, which is a huge plus for me.

Overall, my purchase was an excellent, satisfactory investment. I recommend it to close friends.

I’ve been using the Fit! Home Gym for several weeks now and it’s been an outstanding compliment to my workouts. It offers unique ways of getting a full body workout while only using my bodyweight. Excited to see how I progress with it. I’m very much looking forward to be able to use it outside in the summer months.

I purchased an individual program quite some time ago (Cheerfit) and love that there is a sport specific conditioning program for my two kids who are all star cheerleaders. I don’t currently have the all access pass but we do still use Cheerfit as it’s great. I am planning to try out the all access pass as there are several other programs that I’m interested in for my kids and myself

Loving every bit of this App with all the workouts and programs. The Fit App allows users to explore different exercises, routines, and programs. I use a combination of programs for running, football, strength training, and also a bit of calisthenics. You can use the app at the ease of your convenience at home, gym, or travel. Would totally recommend using the Fit! as the user experience is smooth and intuitive.

I've only done one program so far, it was awesome. After a while though I skipped using my phone during the workouts, because it was just not convenient. I do not think this is something that would need improvement though, because any kind of interaction would be a distraction for me once I can confidently do the routine. The app and the structure provided immense help for me to get there.
While I was still using the app during the workouts, there was a minor inconvenience. I did the calisthenics 1 program by Simon Ata and each session ends with stretching. On lower body days the stretching routine included an exercise that should be done for both sides separately and the app went through it automatically without any interaction from me. Many times I have not been able to switch legs in those ~2 seconds that were given me :)
I can totally recommend the app and sticking to the program of your choosing. My wife was also pleased with my results :D

Honestly pretty amazing app to help those who want to start working out or transform and change up their current workout routines. I've been using the app for well over a year now and keep on using it. Theres tons of workout programs to try out and the programs take you through a complete routine with your rest breaks and everything. They even have videos before and during breaks for you to watch the coach perform and explain the exercise. Since it is continually being improved and theres more workouts being added I would highly recomend you give this app a try. I myself have purchased individual workout programs that are on this app and use them to this day however I am interested in a number of other programs and am looking into gaining access to everything.

A versatile piece of equipment that is affordable. It is a great way to use body weight as resistance and improve form. Doing pushups on this machine is much better for my wrists compared to when I was doing push-ups on the floor.

I purchased some individual workouts in the past and really do like them. Well produced and a great value. I am still on the fence about the all-access subscription, though, as I liked being able to choose individual programs on an a la carte basis. Overall, a well-curated app.
