Customer service is slow

Customer service is slow. I have been waiting in the customer service line for over 30 minutes. And the guy didnt even have the curtesy say, "give me some time, l'm working on something esle." Every few minuets he gets up walk across the floor all while there is more than half a dozen people waiting.

Tight Policies

My credit card was restricted since September 2024 because an unauthorized person tried to use it. And I have been trying to sort it out from then. I have been referred to their online platforms, "manage my cards" "close my credit card", but they just don't work! Luckily for them they have good workers like Andre who helped me sort it out after 10 months of trying. I had to pay the annual fee before I could get it done. No consideration was given to me, seeing that I had been struggling to get a replacement card or close the account for 10 months. There policy says I have to pay the annual fee or I would be unable to close the account. This bank has no heart. And is operated only by its policies. That's a terrible rip off of customers.

Do NOT trust NCB!!

Do NOT trust NCB!!! I have never been a customer of NCB, but I have been getting emails where NCB has been sharing one of their client's private information with me. I told them in August 2021 that I did not recognize the transaction and remove me from their email list, but they didn't. It is now June 2025 and for FOUR YEARS they have done NOTHING to change it though I keep asking them to fix it. I continue to get private emails about banking clearly belonging to someone else! They don't care about you!

The customer Service representative in…

The customer Service representative in the bank will sit at their desk without calling someone claiming that system not working but they will can run go for lunch. It’s unfair to see to see you at the back from 9 and bank don’t full and you can’t leave until 2 NCB is quick to take your money but not quick to replace it

I was having trouble finding out my problem for my account restriction, when I came a good professional and polite customer service from Kimberly Currie, that take the time to understand and help me to resolve my unknown problem about my debit account. Thank for this customer service.

I have a loan account with them usually…

I have a loan account with them usually service through my savings account. They stop taking loan from saving without authorization so the loan would be late and charge a late fee, when I found out I started sending money directly to loan account. From March I told almost all the money in the savings and put on the loan account determine not to have a late payment so money in the saving was less than the loan payment and quest what NCB did leave the money on the loan account and took from the savings that was not enough then charge me a late fee. So whomever this loan manager is at Santa Cruz branch is definitely out to make it difficult for the customer to finish their payment and taking your hard earn cash and give to NCB

You need to change the call center…

You need to change the call center agents
Rishawn is the worst agent I ever spoken to from NCB I am in the customer service field and he doesn’t belong in customer service he kept muting the call he was giving me attitude whenever I asked him a question. He was very rude and I think he needs to be terminated from the company.

Worst customer service

There’s always some issue with ncb but today is the last straw. I’ve been waiting to chat with someone since 11:15 and wait time was 10 mins. When that time ran out it’s said “please wait for the next available agent to assist you. One moment while we get your agent to you”

It’s now 12:13 and still waiting. I’ve extended my session over 5 times already and still nothing. Beyond frustrating

I am only giving one star because I have no other option. NCB customer service is the worst. U’ll need better agents. I waited to be transfer to a department for an hour only to be told I need to be transferred again. I will be cancelling this account. No customer service was given.

I have been an NCB customer for years…

I have been an NCB customer for years trust me, I will have to get an alternative bacnk. The macbine took ny card and I have been at the May Pen branch from 7:am and it's now 10:34 and I am yet to be seen. The bank opens at 8:30 am, it's been more than 2 hours. This service is ridiculous. Seems 3like we are begging for this bank to provide the service.

Criminal representatives in this bank

The representatives in this bank as well as some other banks from jamaica are either insane or they are just simply stupid...or then again maybe they are all just criminals they have started to make an illegal request from customers they have started to request personal banking information in detail information that the banking system is designed to block in order to approve you for a loan i recently had an experience like this with a criminal representative by the name of Jillian Forbes,...she requested my personal information and i tried to send it to her and the system blocked it,..i would say they are all criminals if they weren't they wouldn't be making request like those.

This bank is controlled by criminals…

This bank is controlled by criminals they stole all my life savings and left me for dead this is not a bank it's a place where thief's dress up nice and professional to Rob unsuspecting people no organization from Jamaica is good it's just a bunch of human trafficking people scurrying around in that country tourist be warned Jamaica is not a safe place to visit you might not return back home.😢 Do not bank with NCB they work with human traffickers they will steal all your money so that there human trafficking partners can capture you... I know this doesn't make sense but trust me it's all true just don't do anything with companies from Jamaica.

The sevice is slow and customer…

The service is slow and customer service is worse I spent 3hrs in customer service even with an appointment then have to go in line after they only have 2 tellers 1 for senior citizens and one for regular tellers. This is disgusting. Portmore branch
