Will use again

When we arrived there was a shuttle waiting for us which was great timing. Upon arriving back it was easy to call and a shuttle came pretty quickly. Only thing I would say could be improved was the office staff when we checked it. She wasn't very helpful to instruct us what to do when coming back to get the shuttle and seemed annoyed that I didn't know where the registration number was on the email I received.

Good overall

Good overall. Only complaint was that they had us waiting for other people to fill up the shuttle bus in order to leave with no ac on. Until we departed they turned the ac on. So make sure you arrive an additional 30 min so you don’t miss your flight.

We had a really great experience!

We had a really great experience. When we arrived, we were directed to just pull up our vehicle and go to the shuttle. Our driver was already putting our cases on to the shuttle. We left for the airport shortly thereafter. Our driver was friendly, courteous, and professional. He also knew the best way to navigate the traffic so that we weren't stuck in long lines getting to the airport. I loved using JFK Long Term Parking, Inc. and highly recommend this company.

The cost of parking is very expensive…

The cost of parking is very expensive for how burdensome it is to get to the location. I appreciated knowing that my car was safe, but after traveling almost 45 minutes from the door of the plane to the parking lot I might have been better off taking an Uber that could pick me up and drop me off easily.

From drop off to pick it(6/21-6/25), it was an amazing experience. Each member of JFK LTP was courtesy, respectful, happy, and very helpful. During pickup i was at the wrong location and the rep. stayed on the phone with me until i reached the right pick up shuttle. Prices were great and they are open during all that crazy construction.
