I really loved my Wonder Woman belly ring but the ball doesn't unscrew and it broke off. The wonder woman ball broke off from the arm of the ring. Very sad about it. It looked pretty and solid but...so now it's broken after wearing it for 2 weeks

Poor organization and service
Tried twice to order a green lantern, ring size 14, which the site claim to have stock in only to find out a week later that they never did have stock and got an automatic refund. But no message from the company until I reached out which I find is so poor service. And it almost felt like it was no big deal at their end. And the issue is still not fixed as it shows the size is available.

A complete 180 from my last review. Jewelry Brands was on top of my order and had it shipped the next day and arrived within a couple days as opposed to the almost month last time. They were also kind enough to heed my message asking to abbreviated their brand name on the return label due to near theft that happened on my last order. They opted to completely cross out their name on the return address. I greatly appreciated that, everything arrived safely.

According to the shipment tracking, the shipment was marked attempted delivery on Feb 18. Once of the order left our hands, we cannot make it get to your faster. And in this case, the shipment could not be delivered but that was out of our control. We hope your experience with us was better but we did ship your order quickly.
