Great service ,and most of all honest. I had ordered a split wire USB cable and they were honest enough to send me an email telling me it doesn't work as advertised and that they would immediately refund my money. I've ordered a generator from them and received it in QuickTime always honest and good.

A similar but different item was delivered. I didn't contact the seller as it functioned and I was busy. Thought seller must have not updated the listing or similar. A month or so went by and the ordered item unexpectedly arrived with a written note apologizing for the mistake. Good seller.

Required a small part for my klite for my upcoming race in the atlas mountain. I needed it to get here before I’m leaving mid January. Jeff immediately recognized the postal strike in Canada insured UPS receive what they needed to get the part here arrive December 23 magic. thanks, Jeff

The updated bar switch solves the problem of turning the headlight into a blinking daytime running light without sacrificing any functionality. The change from switch to push button is neutral in my opinion. It works great. The mounting interface works well with handlebars or stuffed inside the non-drive side map pocket on my half frame bag. My fork doesn't have internal dynamo routing but it looks like the updated slimmer profile of the cable from the hub to the switch is better suited to internal routing. So far so good.
