I ordered a baby head protection cushion from JadePlush, trusting the product description: 100% Australian cotton on the outside, EVA foam inside, BPA-free, light and breathable — with dimensions listed as 23 x 18 x 3 cm.

What I received has nothing to do with that. The label is entirely in Chinese. The whole product is polyester, both outside and inside. No cotton. No foam. No mention of JadePlush anywhere. It’s bulky, synthetic, and smells like mass production. Dimensions are 29 x 19 x 7 cm — not even close.

This feels like dropshipping disguised as a specialised baby product. It’s misleading at best, dishonest at worst — especially when it comes to items meant for infant safety.

I've reported the case to econsumer.gov and I’m currently waiting for a resolution.

This is NOT a soothing, sleep inducing toy as was advertised. The music, which you cannot turn off, is loud enough to wake the dead. I purchased to help my grandson sleep better and we can not even use it. He is afraid of how loud it is. Shame on this company for their false advertising. If there are breathing sounds, you’d never know it due to the obnoxious volume of the toy. So very disappointed.

I'm not even sure they should get the one star.... there was this deal on FB buy one get one free... and oh yeah, they are really good for aniety. I opened the package, put the batteries in, and NOTHING! So I go back to the website, and there it says, after a little looking, that "there are alot of costs involved in a small family business (this is where my stomach hit the floor) and that there are NO REFUNDS and only an exchange within the first 7 days. TOTAL RIPOFF

Scam site. Bought a cheap stuffed toy and was overcharged from what was quoted on the checkout page and then double charged within 24 hours. Months later and there is a monthly attempt to charge 39.99 USD to my card. I've cancelled the card.

They are scamming the customers. Card was charged twice in 2 days and another transaction two weeks later lucky my bank blocked the transaction and i had to cancel my card. Multiple emails but unfortunately no reply. Should have read reviews before ordering plus shows nzd but upon completion was charged usd.

FRAUD and SCAM

Jan 25, 2025 I purchased 3 otters from mushplushies.eu the emails for shipping all came from this url.

To check out you must subscribe to their VIP subscription.
I finished my transaction and immediately emailed.
They said they cancelled my subscription.

Low and behold feb 15 and march 17 i see charges for plushieface.com which is a related company.
Now I have to cancel my credit card and change it everywhere I use it because they are not replying to emails or answering the phones.

Avoid at all costs.

They keep taking money from my partners account for a subscription even though we didn't select a subscription and despite us notifying the bank they have taken more money under a different account name.

Don’t order anything from them. At first I didn’t want too but I DID! Went through whole process of ordering and paid $19.90. Ordered March 10th. They sent an email saying they got order but will take 7-20days being a small business. I’m glad to help one. Then I checked my credit card to find out they took out $39.99 without my authorization, that’s not right! I can’t even contact them! I need to put in a ticket. I will be disputing it with my credit card. I don’t want the item anymore. I’ll find my grandson another place that is honest and not sneaky. Shame on this company!

If I could give a negative star rating I would ! My heart is broken!!! I ordered a breathing otter from this place for my two year-old grandson. Super excited about it. I also ordered a hello Kitty breathing plushy for my daughter with kidney disease, she loves hello Kitty I get them neither one work 😳😳😳 -buyer beware - I’m not gonna ask for a refund. … i will charge it to the game! I feel like it’s pointless but you should not purchase from Jade plushies ever. Never ever! One of my friends was the one that told me about the website she ordered two… they both didn’t work😳😅 Shame.

Made the mistake of not researching about this company before I bought from them. I bought a plush for around 35 dollars and THEN read reviews about Jade plushies. All I saw were negative reviews and I prayed nothing bad would happen but that’s exactly what happened. A company which I never purchased from (Crushonplush) deducted $70 from my account making me go overdraft. I had to explain to my father what had happened and had him cancel that card. PLEASE for the love of god DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE PURCHASING BRANDS YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT!

Scam site. Working with zendesk through them to get my mother's money back. They keep taking money out of her account every few days for a subscription they added to her order for 2 plushies she bought from them. I will be contacting someone of consumer general to report this and even make a file with FBI and bank for fraud. Give my mother her money back and stop taking money from her account from different sites.

This company will charge more than the original fee once they have your card number. They also have a significant recurrent membership charge that they scam off their customers. Stay clear, the product is definitely not worth the fees.

This company is a SCAM like other reviews they charge you for membership that you are not aware you are agreeing too. Did get a refund but another similar amount was deducted under POLISHEDPOLE
