I needed help from your company at this time because I computer was compromised by the vile operators who prey on seniors like me and my husband and can rob us of our financial futures and identity. Your company very promptly 'cleaned' our computer but of course we also lost precious photos and other records. Every action was explained with understanding and care, always advising us of the cautions needed and giving us confidence to use the computer systems we cannot avoid in this day & age. This hacking incident was one of the worst experiences of my life and I pray I never go through it again.
