Really Grateful for Excellent Customer Service
Really grateful that Mo/Mohannad took my iTrustCapital support call, as a crypto newbie, l needed lots of help, but Mo was able to explain everything simply so that anyone could understand what to do with their new account. I also asked what would happen if the company folded. Located In the terms and conditions, my investment is not part the company’s assets and will be passed to another solvent company if this ever happened. Everything was explained in a straight-forward and supportive way, if this is how it will be going forward, this is a great company to choose for ease of purchasing crypto.
