The docters are good educated people and understood there proffesion.
You get hartly welcomed and nothing is a problem the client is king here.

Absolutely make up with the end result from have a full mouth of crowns could not recommend enough all the staff were absolutely brilliant especially Niloofar she was absolutely brilliant she helped me day to day with things to do on days I didn’t have an appointment. If you are look at getting your teeth done this is 100% the place to go I had mind do well over a month ago and they already feel like my own teeth some times for get I have had them done. So don’t hesitate this is the spot to go

They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, nothing is to much trouble, to anyone who is feeling apprehensive about getting treatment abroad as I was, I can safely say there is nothing to worry about. I am beyond happy with the treatment I had with Istambul Dental Group! I did zirconium crows in almost all my teeth and I finally can smile with confidence. Their service have a level of quality which I didn’t find in the UK. Grateful to Dr Büşra and Dr. Melike for their patience and kindness. would love to thank Istambul Group Dental for the wonderful service they provided to me. The dental surgeon and the dentists are top class professionals; clean, friendly and masters at their craft. I travelled from Dublin Ireland 🇮🇪 and I was a little bit apprehensive before I got there. I just trusted my gut feeling and the process, that everything would be okay. And I got much more than that. Everything was great. Niloo, my host/guide is fantastic, friendly, very helpfully ul and a great translator. Would have been lost without her. Thank you again for everything Niloo. And thank you Asude, Cihan, Osman, Bushra, Merva, Ali, Gokjan and the rest of the term. 🙏
And the overall service they provided is first class; from the airport collection, the hotel accommodation, the transport to and from the dental surgery, the drivers, and all the dental team. Just completed my 2nd visit to get my teeth fitted and I am so happy with the results they look amazing. Once again the service was above and beyond, especially Niloofar how once again arranged my booking, transfers to and from the airport and hotel, a not too shabby 5 star Sheraton stay.
All the staff in the clinic were so friendly and helpful and the dentist was amazing. I haven't had to have any medication for pain. I did have a concern with my teeth on the Saturday night at 9pm, after speaking with Niloofar they reopened the clinic, the dentist and nurses were there and everything was made perfect, I left after midnight. Really was going above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I would highly recommend this clinic and all the team.

Experienced doctors The operation went without problems. Excellent service, the driver picked up from the hotel and brought back, which is very convenient and pleasant. Pinar is very warm and friendly girl . She is always there and immediately answers any questions, at any time. I still have to finish the process in 4 months and I will definitely write a review of how everything went. I'm sure everything will be great!

I came to Turkey a bit apprehensive as what to expect. But from the time I was picked up from airport it has been a completely pleasurable experience. My Co- ordinator Niloo has been great from when I first booked to get treatment done. So helpful. Everything I was told would happen has happened. My contact at dentist Asude has been great also and our driver for the week Gihan was such a nice man. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very professional and really nice people to deal with. I will definitely be visiting Istanbul again. Beautiful city, beautiful people and beautiful food. A 5 star experience.

have only had my first session but the whole process has been very simple and transparent. It was very easy from when I stepped out of the airport and everything was taken care of.
is great and did a fantastic job organising everything and making sure I was ok at every step, she was always there to answer any questions and take care of me.
Pinar and niloofar from the clinic was extremely helpful,and no she is such a lovely person and made the whole experience much easier. She has a beautiful personality and is so warm that it instantly makes you feel comfortable and was so nice spending time with her.

I reached out to this company and spoke to Nilo who was very understanding and patient. She really took her time to understand my issues and come back with cost effective packages. I asked her multiple questions and she was always understanding and caring. I finally decided to book my treatment but unfortunately I cancelled my dates multiple times and Nilo was never angry or annoyed she understand my concerns and had a very warm approach. Because of the way she was treating me I finally decided to go and get my treatment done. Nilo has really helped me she was always available to answer my questions including weekends on her days off!! She even gave my honest opinions on my teeth and was happy to change anything with the design. I needed a PCR test done she went and booked it with no extra charge. She was also so supportive of me it’s because of her I ended up even going there in the first place. I had hundreds of companies reaching out to me but I chose Istanbul Grup only because of Nilo she is a super sales women.
This is when I met Pinar an absolute sweet angel she was so warm and welcoming and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Throughout my procedure she was always supporting me asking me if I am ok offering me drinks and always on standby to answer any questions and believe me I asked her hundreds of questions she was always happy to help me. She is absolutely amazing at her job she really understands her patients and always goes the extra mile. I was prescribed medication and she sorted taxi and the driver went and got my medication with no charge to me. Nilo and Pinar are what you call outstanding customer service they work with real authenticity, professionalism and are really genuine humble people. Finally the dentist Asli who was recommended by Nilo, I can honestly say with hand on my heart she is the worlds best dentist ever the amount of hard work, time and dedication that went into working on my teeth was massive. She really took her time as my teeth were not straight forward. She didn’t rush any process everything was done with real passion, effort, time and dedication. Asli really went the extra mile where she went and fixed my root canal and composite filling and even grind down difficult teeth that needed to be done so. She is an actual PERFECTIONIST!! I will only go to her and no one else! The end results of my teeth are AMAZING, NATURAL and Beautiful vaneers ask the clinic to show you because it looks so perfect I am getting compliments from random people on my teeth!! It was so worth spending the money il do it again 100 times if I had to. Finally the whole atmosphere in the clinic is so friendly and welcoming everybody treats you like family including the driver he was so nice and friendly he was always asking if I’m ok and creating conversations with me and helping me. I love this company and iv had the best experience in my life. If you want to choose a company to get any dental work done honestly this is the best one around!! 10 out of 10 marks!!

I have looked around for a dentist that will help me fix the damage caused by my previous dentist pretty much left with very few teeth. Which had a big impact on me I found istanbulgrupdental I started talking with a lovely lady berin who is amazing nothing is to much trouble no matter what I needed or asked for she was there to answer any questions and help me understand the whole process. Which was very daunting for me but she was there to reassure me through everything. I'd gone to a few others here in England and the price alone was way to much. Unachievable for me, I finally arrived in istanbul the hotel was lovely very friendly and helpful I arrived at the clinic the next day and immediately was greeting by a lovely woman Pinar who literally held my hand through the whole process reassured me at every step welcomed us made us feel so welcome loved being there yes some parts were painful but 💯 worth every minute down to the minute detail of how I smiled every detail can't recommend them enough the treatment teeth everything was amazing can't wait to go back and get it all finished but I have a perfect set of dentures to get me through thank you from the bottom of my heart you've truly made me happy 😊

Everything went like it said. Self-explanatory I was nervous about it all but it is just like it says on the tin.driver didn't speak English but he did it all on his phone very helpful and friendly the clinic tower dental very professional and helpful talk me through everything and a couple of different options I think there great very happy thanks
