Quality bottled water experience from the tap
Drank bottled water for several years as I don't like or trust what comes out of the tap here in England but even bottled water has to get bottled by someone right? So I had a search and chat with my AI and found ISPRING. I found the system that met my requirements the RCC7-AK under sink and went for it. Bear in mind I am not a plumber or DIY kinda guy and after a quick visit to the local plumb store I got an adaptor to fit the system and my water pipe. After that I followed ISPRING installation video and instruction manual and fitted this all myself taking my time and still proud of myself for fitting it up haha. To be honest it's not very hard to fit up, the hardest part is connecting it to my cold water feed with the supplied parts but all I did was showed the plumb store and they knew exactly what I needed and that was it. Now the good part, the water. After it was all set up and flushed through ready for drinking I set up a glass of tap water, bottled water and of course the ISPRING reverse osmosis water. I am totally blown away as it tastes just like bottled water except I know EXACTLY where it's come from. All the parts supplied are of high quality including the supplied tap (faucet for my American friends) and the water of the up most quality. I wish I knew about this years ago. I will stick with ISPRING and never have anything else now, absolutely brilliant. Thanks ISPRING.

Nice system, leaking faucet, new one received
Received the filter system as a gift, followed the instillation video in conjunction with the written installation instructions. The quick connect fittings are nice and overall the process went well. The biggest challenge is drilling through the granite countertop.
The water is now without fluoride or chlorine as well as any other chemicals and tastes way better than tap water.
The PH is a bit higher, about 8.5, which is higher alkalinity than expected but preferred over acidic.
The only issue was the spigot leaked at the handle. Just a slow leak, like a drip every 15 seconds.
I contacted Ispring and spoke to Sean who was very helpful and sent a replacement faucet which was superior to the original.
The new one is in and all is well.
I would highly recommend this system.

I’d like to take an opportunity to…
I’d like to take an opportunity to update my very poor review that I left a couple of weeks ago apparently because they replaced my O-rings that were lost in the mail. I did not get a shipping number, and I did receive the two O-rings that I ordered just yesterday. As a matter fact they sent two extras at no charge which I thought was very nice of them in the meantime, I found that Sean was given an incorrect phone number for me and therefore his several attempts to return my call were unsuccessful because of an incorrect number. Shawn now has my correct number and has reached out to me by email to let me know that he will do whatever he needs to do to take care of my issue. I believe this is a great step in the right direction to correct my issue. It was a misunderstanding therefore I’ve now increased their rating to a four. I just thought it would be nice to let you know of the mistake in the issue rather than just read a poor review. I thank Shawn for reaching out.

Sean, the representative was awesome. My isprings RCC7AK sprung a leak from the first stage. My unit was purchased on 2019 so it was out of warranty. On ISPRINGS website it showed that there were no replacement parts available so I called Ispring customer service and spoke to Sean, who was absolutely wonderful and understanding. He immediately told me that because they were out of that specific part that he would send me a replacement for the whole system minus the filters. Where else can one find a company willing to stand by their product like that. I would purchase a system from Isprings again and definitely referring my friends to their products.

Dangerous, Non-Compliant Leaking Garbage with crap customer service – Avoid at All Costs
I purchased an iSpring RCC7AK 6-Stage Under-Sink Reverse Osmosis water filter system from this seller, which turned out to be a complete disaster.
1. Product does NOT have watermark certification for Australia, hence, NON-COMPLIANT & EXTREMELY UNSAFE for use in Australia.
2. The installation is too complex; I couldn't find a plumber for 2 months to get it installed. After professional installation, the system started leaking same day, causing a mess and additional plumbing expenses. The plumber confirmed that the o-ring of the filter is of poor quality and the issue won't be fixed until the sealant.
3. Potential Global scam: The company is registered in USA, selling products from Amazon UK to Australian consumers, but it's a cheap Chinese product and no local technical support
4. Horrible customer support: To make things worse, the company refused to send their technician or properly fix the issue, or cover the professional repair cost.
5. Questionable Filtration Quality: Even after use, I noticed no improvement in water taste or quality, raising doubts about whether the system is actually functioning as claimed.
This is unacceptable and a consumer scam by selling unauthorised products in the market without any product liability and customer support. This is clearly misleading and unethical business practice, potentially a consumer scam that breaches Australian consumer law. I am reporting this case to Consumer Affairs Victoria and the ACCC.
I urge Amazon to ban this product immediately from being sold to Australian customers.
Do NOT buy this product. It is unsafe, illegal, and unsupported.

Fantastic customer service!
I have nothing but good things to say! Ordered a part for our system online and the wrong part arrived (accidents happen). When we called we talked to Sean and he got it handled and had the correct part on order to us in less than 5 minutes. Didn’t have to jump through hoops or wait on hold. He was great! I have dealth with Sean of iSpring Water Systems twice now regarding a system I purchased in Aug. 2023.
Last year I needed help in finding out if it was time for new filters and Sean was very helpful in my decison and I ordered the filters from his company in April 2024.
It was once again time for new filters so I contacted him and he was once again helpful and assured me with the purposes for which I use the system (mostly filling my water bottles and some cooking) that the filters should last me for one year. This time he sent me a link to purchase them from my local Home Depot, which I did. I tried to go onto the Home Deposit website to write a review but no success. So here I am with you, which is the method I used last year successfully. Sean is a great and honest employee of iSpring.
