Worst customer service ever ..

So ordered a Paddle board, there is a problem with the valve and bolt for the fin, contacted their "customer support" 3 weeks ago on July 8th to get it fixed, i talked to an agent, Jay whom understand everything and told me that he's gonna tell his manager to ship replacement parts.
No new a week after on July 15th, so call again, had to explain again the problem.. Same conversation a manager will contact me, of course you know the answer, no one contacted me...
Last call on July 22nd, explained the problem a third time (you don't take notes when a customer is calling you ?) and same, the agent when to talk to his manager, I asked to received an email to confirm our conversation this time, and the agent told me that a manager would call me within 2 days..

Today July 29th, NOTHING, it's been 3 weeks that I contacted them, they are USELESS as possible.
Yeah you are doing cute pictures for instagram and youtube, but they have no respect for their actual customers ...

Poor service and empty promises

It had been 10 days since I ordered and they still haven’t even shipped my board. Their website claims shipping within a day and taking 5-7 days to arrive once shipped. Nowhere on the site does it mention no PO Boxes, and it took them a week to bring this to my attention. And then I took 2 days to try and get my address updated. Waited over five hours on hold on chat just to have them close without answering. Called the next day to repeatedly be disconnected 8th call was the charm. It should not have taken this long to update address which was done in the morning tuesday. I was assured my address was updated Tuesday morning and my board would be shipped out before end of day on Tuesday the 16th. Yet it still wasn’t on Wednesday. Received a response to my email that it should ship by the end of today but at this point I have little faith it will get done today either.

The website should be updated to mention no PO Boxes. And if you are not shipping within a day you should mention that. Your website and when you order says items will be shipped out within a day of order and that is a false promise.

It took 7 days from order for me to even be notified that there was a problem with the address. Yet taking my money was immediate.

The service has been awful. From being repeatedly disconnected on the call line, waiting five hours on the chat just to get a message at the end of the day it was now closed. The guy I eventually talked to on the phone seemed helpful but all I have received are promises that have proved to be empty and unfulfilled.
