Worst customer service ever ..
So ordered a Paddle board, there is a problem with the valve and bolt for the fin, contacted their "customer support" 3 weeks ago on July 8th to get it fixed, i talked to an agent, Jay whom understand everything and told me that he's gonna tell his manager to ship replacement parts.
No new a week after on July 15th, so call again, had to explain again the problem.. Same conversation a manager will contact me, of course you know the answer, no one contacted me...
Last call on July 22nd, explained the problem a third time (you don't take notes when a customer is calling you ?) and same, the agent when to talk to his manager, I asked to received an email to confirm our conversation this time, and the agent told me that a manager would call me within 2 days..
Today July 29th, NOTHING, it's been 3 weeks that I contacted them, they are USELESS as possible.
Yeah you are doing cute pictures for instagram and youtube, but they have no respect for their actual customers ...
