I have been working with Maria Esposito…
I have been working with Maria Esposito in the ROBS department. I think she has been doing great, especially the last few days during final setup of the 401K - it has been incredible. She did a great job of answering my questions, and talking me through when I didn't understand the emailed guides.
My only problem is when she had to take off for a family issue. When she was away I got very little support, emails were ignored and basically nothing got done until she got back. The back office has to do a better job of "teaming members" so there is a legitimate alternate to help out should one person be away. I have to imagine this also happens when someone goes on vacation, so there should always be a backup.

Good experience with excellent and prompt service. For example, I recently shifted my account to a checkbook LLC, and Tamara P. who leads the Entities department took on personal priority to get my acount setup with quick urgency and high communication, following through on exactly what she committed to.
