Very dirty trick. First they offer to solve the problem for $27,99. Then they say that another service is necessary, for more $42,00. After 3 days they say it was not possible to solve, a premium service is necessary for more money. This is a scam. The first order I understand. At the second I was stupid to believe. There will not be a third time. My old Ipad2 is still blocked. For +10% of what I spent, I could have bought an used iPad 2 on ebay... this company is absolutely not serious. don't get into their dirty way...

They lie to customers I was able to get…
They lie to customers I was able to get mine unlocked from the service provider, and they still kept my cash. The fact is they lead you with the small fee only to come back later with a bigger fee claiming you bought a preorder....Their site is misleading and states a time period they know isn't true . They watch these posts and try to get all the bad ones removed, so be very careful with your wording as they try their best to get the truth removed....Be warned, if you have money to throw away....by all means go right ahead with this company!

They couldn't unlock my iPhone (iPhone X | Movistar | Mexico), I paid 28USD (pre-order) + 42USD (unlock) + 14USD (fast service). I sent several emails but none respond, they mention that there is a voucher for refund but nowhere tell you how to use it, the amount to be refund or voucher data. It seems that it is not a serious company. Don't give away your money!. It´s a scam!!!!!!!!
No pudieron liberar mi iPhone (iPhone X Movistar México), pagué 28USD (pre-ordenamiento) + 42USD (Liberación) + 14USD (servicio rápido).

You pay for unlocking service and all you get is a prepaid ticket to unlock. I never got a refund :(

I paid £20 to get a phone unlocked (an online review highly praised the company - I guess they wrote it themselves). They took my money but wanted a further £55 to complete the unlock. I refused and they offered me a discount of £1 (so £54 to pay in total). A week later they asked for £62, and are still emailing me even though I have no intention of giving them another penny. Just wish I'd checked this website first.

DO NOT USE THEM - they quoted me £39.99 to iCloud unlock an iPhone 5C, after 3/4 days they emailed me stating they were unable to unlock the device as it was reported lost/stolen and blacklisted - which is completely untrue.
I have run the phone through a third party website and it shows as Blacklisted: CLEAN
Reported Lost/Stolen: CLEAN
Find my Iphone (iCloud lock): ON
They directed me to a website i could use to check the status of my iphone, however I suspected it has been programmed by them to always show iPhones as blacklisted, as it showed the 5C as blacklisted but upon putting the same IMEI into several other checking sites each one said it was NOT blacklisted and NOT reported lost or stolen.
As a result of being unable to supposedly "unlock" the device, they have credited my account with a so called voucher for when a "premium unlocking" service becomes available, which will not happen, and have refused a refund on the basis it is blacklisted as lost or stolen.
The only way they will give a refund is if i can prove (with original receipt) that I purchased the phone, which I cannot do as the phone was purchased a number of years ago and the receipt is no longer to hand.
I suspect this scam site also has a sister site called officialiphoneunlock.co.uk as I contacted both companies support department's only to receive a reply from both companies with the same person "Dave", seems unlikely it is two seperate companies.
Their web layout is identical, and the pricing structure is the same, they make you pay £19.99 up front as a "deposit", and then tell you you need to pay an additional £30 later to actually proceed with the unlock.
Very poor business practice.

I bought an iPhone 6s that I have checked with CheckMed that is clear and not stolen. After paying them about $50 to unlock my iCloud, few days later they have sent me an email that is stolen and can't be unlock. Despite several email to then, they have not responded. Again, this company operate overseas. Now I am contacting my credit card to reverse the charge. Don't fall into their scam.
