Health Insurance for F-1 visa holder

Given the current state of global affairs, bringing my grandson to the United States for study proved to be a rigorous and challenging undertaking. The one "shining light" in this process was obtaining his health insurance from Tanisha Carson of International Student Insurance. Tanisha was unfailingly polite and exceptionally knowledgeable. She made it all easy!

After almost 2 weeks of back and fort and frustration with technical teams and CSR about a change of provider. I reached out to Debra and she was soooo patient, professional, resourceful and kind hearted to walk me through the process step by step in getting my policy issues set up and activated. She truly demonstrated who an exemplar customer service personnel is. Keep up such amazing work Debra! I appreciated your time and effort.
