Excellent Customer Service Assistance
Once I was in my account homepage, the chat button popped which already provided assurance that assistance was there if any issue would arise. I was stuck in the payment step, I tried three times that created error in my purchase. I got the first email confirming my purchase and a second email informing me that my purchase was incomplete. I went back to my account and sent a message to the chat box and promptly, KATIE assisted me, professionally and skillfully. Despite my worry and a little panic, everything went smoothly. First time purchase - US Citizen Expat
This is my first time trying to buy travel insurance as a US expat. Mia was honest and patient when explaining my purchase options. She helped me beyond my expectations. Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company. Do not trust them. On the phone it’s always yes you will be covered. When a claim is sent in - they find any excuse in the book to not pay genuine medical bills even after verbal approval!! A con company based out of the Cayman’s with no liability and no honesty.
