Customer service and communication is great. Really friendly and helpful. Product is awesome, custom fit insoles that hold up over a long time / lot of miles and help a ton. I have two pairs and run in them exclusively, and often walk in them. They can cause blisters, but so do Chacos and everyone knows those are great. I wonder if a little athletic tape over the top surface is all that's needed to prevent that (you'd think I'd have tried already), but eventually I'm hoping they can find a way to put a thin, soft layer on top so the lattice structure doesn't chafe. Even if that product development doesn't come, however, I still swear by these, as they are, through at least a half marathon distance! It's also clear that the company really values customer feedback, too.

The insoles are custom to my feet and process was easy and convenient. They provide a noticeable difference in support compared to standard insoles. I have an arthritic ankle and couldn’t wear work boots without experiencing pain until I tried these insoles. They really helped!

I’ve had issues with my arch for years and had been wearing a hard orthotic, which was uncomfortable. I’ve been using InStryde orthotics now for months and the difference is outstanding. This product is amazing! Fully-customized to my feet at a fraction of the cost of other custom insoles. On top of that, the ordering process was easy - I ordered from my own home and my custom insoles showed up a few days later. Great, great company!!

It was an easy process and the insoles fit my feet perfectly. I wear them everyday and can't imagine not wearing them. They have helped my knee pain by absorbing impact. And whenever they need it I just put them in they dishwasher. They have never lost their shape or firmness. Best foot product I’ve ever used.

Turn any pair of shoes into luxury footwear! I bought a pair during a sale, but would happily pay full price for these insoles. As a worker in the medical field I spend all day on my feet! Easily swap them from work shoes into workout shoes for all day comfort. Great value!

Bought a couple of pairs of these for general walking and hiking. Also was taking a trip to Spain to hike the El Camino trail for a week.

Took a day or 2 to get used to them, but after that they were excellent.

last week I went on 2) 4+ mile walks (2) days in a row.
Completely forgot i had them on.
Comfortable, Breathable, a excellent support.

I have never worn or needed orthotics in the past. Recently, I developed metatarsal pain that prevented me from running and even walking long distances. It seemed like it was time to try some sort of “orthotic”. I did not want to go for a full custom and found this very affordable option instead. In-home fitting process was a breeze with great use of the current technology most people own. I have been using the insoles for about a month and while I am still not mentally ready to try running, walking seems to be going much better with these. Won’t be long before I give running a shot. The only reason this review is 4-star is simply due to the sock bunching annoyance when putting them on. Not a huge deal - just takes a minute to get everything in order before tying them up. However, the pros certainly outweigh the cons with regard to this product! Definitely would recommend!

I got a pair of InStryde insoles a few months ago. They have helped alleviate back pain when I have gone on extended walks and hikes, especially a few weeks ago in the Alps. The fitting process was easy, and the insoles fit my primary walking and hiking shoes really well. I’ll need another pair for my dress shoes because of the differing shoe designs.

Excellent product! I've been using InStrydes for several months in my running shoes (gym workouts and 4-mile exercise walks) and in my everyday casual shoes. They fit perfectly and are very durable. I liked the first pair so much that I bought another pair three months later. I can't tell the two pairs apart - both still look new and feel as they did when I got them.
I highly recommend InStrydes!

Huge fan of my inStryde orthotics! This company better not go anywhere or my feet are screwed. I have a Morton’s neuroma in my left foot and this is the only insert that has eliminated 100% of my pain. Not even the SUPER expensive custom ones from the podiatrist worked.
