If I could give this company NO star, I would. Stay away from this company if you expect any customer service.
I paid for a digital copy of a book. The quality of the pdf was fuzzy. I immediately explained and requested a refund. But because it was a Sunday, there was no response from the chat, not even a bot response. On the following Thursday (it took 4 days for them to respond): "I'm incredibly sorry for the trouble. The file has been successfully updated. You can now download the file by going to the order details in your customer account." This response is nonsense since it's clear that I had already downloaded the pdf. When I requested a refund again, here's their response: "I'm incredibly sorry for the trouble. I'm here to inform you that digital files are non-refundable." The NO REFUND policy was not noted anywhere in the description of this book. UNETHICAL.
