Innova inflatable kayak total failure

We bought an Innova inflatable kayak because it was touted as having a long life. We babied it with impeccable maintenance and light use. After 6 years of use it failed completely. Many many thousands of leaks on the upper seams. I wanted to repair it but the Canadian Innova distributor just offered a 10% discount on a new kayak. The only help offered was just bad advice. The manufacturer offered a 25% discount on a new kayak, which had about doubled in price. Again zero help: no glue, no fabric, no useful information.

I posted ads looking for other experiences with this boat and found three so far. One had a reasonable life span; two, like mine, failed completely in the same way.

Innova has a problem with quality control and do not stand behind their products.
