Love this little charger. Had a similar one before (RIP—exploded after a drop, but it was already 3 years old lol). This one stays charged forever, keeps my phone going all day, and honestly for the price, can't beat it!

Absolutely brilliant customer service!

Absolutely brilliant customer service!
Ordered a new charger, would even go as far to say the quality of this would be on par with other more well known competitors who won't be named for obvious reasons. Thank you Karlin for ensuring I had a good customer experience. I also wasn't aware of a 3 year warranty!? They had set this up for me seemlessly to which even the likes of there other competitors struggle to compete with. Will definitely be back soon

INIU has breached the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Ordered some power banks, and Amazon logistics left them outside. I informed INIU, who refused to help and told me to contact Amazon logistics, who specifically say that I need to contact the seller. After some insistence, INIU reshipped the order, but it took them so long to finally help that they did not arrive in time for the intended purpose.

I reached out and asked to return the power banks, but I was rudely told that I need to return all of them (the missing ones plus the new shipment). I obviously don't have the missing ones. I requested a return address to return the power banks I did receive, and was told to contact Amazon logistics. Again, Amazon loops me back to INIU.

At this point INIU has completely stopped responding to me, breaching the Consumer Rights Act 2015 by refusing to allow me to return my order.

I appreciate the response however most of what you’ve said doesn’t apply to my order. I can only assume Amazon logistics left my order on my unsecured doorstep because when I arrived home it wasn’t there, and I was provided zero proof of delivery - no photo, signature, nothing to suggest it was actually delivered. You then tried to claim that this wasn’t your responsibility, which is the breach of the law that states that the parcel is the sellers responsibility until it is physically in the buyers possession - leaving it on the doorstep does not satisfy this.

Eventually you relented and reshipped my order but as this took many weeks of repeatedly requesting updates from you it arrived far too late and so I requested to return the unopened and manufacturer sealed items back to you which you refused, which again, is a breach of UK consumer law as I have the right to return goods in their original condition. Furthermore, I actually specifically asked you to refund me rather than reshipping, which you refused and insisted you would only reship.

So throughout this whole ordeal you have broken UK consumer rights laws TWICE, and then proceeded to completely ghost me. Only now I’ve wrote a review you’ve responded talking about people returning unrelated items which, ironically, is completely unrelated as I haven’t returned anything because you refused to even give me a return address!

All I request is the opportunity to return the unopened, sealed products as is my right to do so, for a full refund.

I hope you will be cooperative with this and we can resolve this issue amicably. Thank you.

Specifically, we issued a replacement for missing items to resolve the issue as promptly as possible. This proactive approach demonstrates our commitment to addressing customer concerns beyond the minimum requirements of the Consumer Rights Act.

Additionally, to mitigate risks associated with stolen parcels, we offered two solutions to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction:

1). Replacing items one at a time to minimize risks associated with stolen parcels.
2). Replacing all items at once, with the understanding that further replacements or refunds would be temporarily suspended while we investigate with the shipping company.

We proceeded with the option selected by you to prioritize your satisfaction while balancing logistical challenges. At no point was your right to return a product or receive a resolution denied.

2. Investigation into Stolen Parcels and Fraudulent Claims

Recently, we identified an increase in cases of stolen parcels in the UK, especially involving high-value shipments or multiple items in a single package. Our investigation, conducted in collaboration with Amazon Logistics and other carriers, revealed patterns of potential fraud, including:

1). Customers claiming missing parcels despite proof of delivery being provided.
2). Submitting falsified invoices or multiple refund requests after receiving replacements.
3). Returning used or unrelated items under our 30-day free return policy after receiving replacements.

While we always aim to prioritize our customers’ experience and trust, such fraudulent activities pose significant risks and necessitate stricter measures to protect our loyal customers and INIU’s integrity. As part of our investigation, we are taking all necessary legal actions against identified fraudulent activities to safeguard both INIU and our customers.

Please be assured that these measures are in place to maintain fairness and transparency. INIU remains fully committed to resolving genuine customer concerns, as demonstrated by our replacement of your product despite the missing item not being covered under warranty.
