Excellent Result when procedure had an outstanding…when infusion is prepared and administered by Expert, well formed practitioner.
The procedure had an outstanding effect. Nd was performed flawlessly. The nurse was gentle, kind, efficient and extremely well informed. The patient was a 95 year old debilitated female who had recently suffered grand mal seizures. The practitioner administered a perfect cocktail, all the while explaining certain vitamins were contra indicated on account of her prescribed medications, and others would be helpful and enhance hydration and induce vigor. The patient exhibited almost miraculous improvement in her improved mobility, outlook, speech, capacity and will to eat. These improved states have continued side the infusion. We are so very grateful. We did not dare to think this 95 year old would be able to re-bound in this Amazing way. There was no other medical intervention and we attribute the patient’s current condition and ever improving health to this single infusion which facilitated a wonderful turn around.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently had the pleasure of using In Home Infusion for a mobile IV service, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment I reached out to schedule an appointment, their customer service was exceptional. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly accommodating to my needs.
The PA arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. The IV treatment itself was quick and efficient—definitely a relief during a time when I needed it most. I felt so much better afterward!
The convenience of having this service come to my home was a game-changer, and I truly appreciated the care and attention I received throughout the entire experience. If you're considering mobile IV therapy, look no further than In Home Infusion. They do a fantastic job!
Thank you for such a wonderful service!

What did not go wrong
What did not go wrong? I had my first IV therapy at home appointment. The nurse had difficulty finding a vein (which happens, I realize). After poking me 5 or 6 times, she eventually connected. At one point she needed to get something from her bag leaving my arm unattended and blood began to drip down my arm in amounts that made it to the floor. As she started administering the IV, she then blew out the vein, which left us starting over. Also during the course of treatment, her nail came through her gloves breaking the sterile field. She also held the IV tape in her mouth. I asked for a refund or more customer service and I was ignored.

Aggressive, combative and unethical
Terrible company with an aggressive egotistical lead. Dishonest and combative communication created a poor experience. And operational practices are questionable not only for legality but ethics! Highly recommended do not waste your time!

I would give it a zero if I could. No one ever showed up and my mother who has cancer awaiting treatment was never contacted. I called and texted and have heard nothing up to this point.
