Broken Parts Recieved
I received my sauna and the glass control panel inside the sauna was broken, as well as the infrared panel having loose wood particles in it. I sent Clearlight an email about getting replacements and have been very disappointed with the customer service. Not to mention they told me the material would ship within 2 weeks, and we are now almost a month out and I have not heard from them on if it has even shipped nor received anything. I chose Clearlight for the lifetime warranty that was offered but we are not off to a good start.

Fantastic Customer Service Experience!
The communication with customer service was incredible. 5 years after purchasing my sauna it started to experience issues. The customer service rep corresponded with me via email and phone, and stuck with me through resolution. We tried several things, when one didn't work, we tried another. Ultimately they sent technicians to my house who had it working properly in minutes. All of this with no charge and a smile. Fantastic experience!

Overall pretty happy with my purchase, but I wish I would’ve chosen the three person size. I’m 5’8, 145 lbs and find it difficult to lay down (and get back up!) in the two person size.

All I can say is I am so lucky to have…
All I can say is I am so lucky to have had very strong neighbor men be able to carry the extremely heavy loads to my upstairs room where the Sauna would be put together! It took myself and my Handyman all day! He thankfully is a genius electrician and had to rewire for the red-light as my circuit breaker didn't have the proper wattage! That took alot of doing as the box is outside on the 1st floor and the Sauna is on the 3rd floor! Had to run the wires up through CV pipe and through the wall! Once we got it all operational the red-light still wouldn't work! He called claearlight several times to trouble shoot! They told him several things to try! When those failed, they sent me a new power supply box for the top! He installed it yesterday! Now it works! I got this in early may and it's almost July! I feel like for this kind of money there should be someone to install it professionally! Most people couldn't do it! Im just fortunate to have the men around me to help!

Customer service from this company is absolutely amazing. Two boards just fell off the side of our sauna. They just replaced the whole roof because of it if you want a sauna or the people take care of you this is the company.

We love it!
Everything came on time, no problems getting it set up. We had to get a single bed to put it on so it took us a while to get it going. We love the quality, everyone who has looked at it says it's high quality. My husband loves how relaxed he feels in it. Only problem we have is that we are both handicapped, so getting into it is difficult. To solve that, we added a table at the end of the bed that's the same height as the sauna so we have more room to slide in.
